I placed an order twice on a website anewdays.com for a replacement pair of shoes I originally got from Target. The shoes are no longer at Target so I went to what I believed to be the manufacturer. The first time I received communications that the item shipped but according to ***** the item was sent to an address I had not heard of. I was able to get a refund for the first one, the second time I placed the order, thinking it was just a fluke that the items were shipped to the wrong address. I now am getting no status, the money has already been taken from my account, and I have attempted to reach out via email through their Contact Us page. Unfortunately, there is no phone number and the address does not exist on *******Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 2/17/23 on a website called shackfancyshop.com for a bodysuit. I paid through Paypal and the payment went to "********************* *********************************** To date, I have not received the item purchased nor has the company credited me for the item. The company address listed on the website is ************************************************************. There is no telephone number listed on the website and I cannot locate a telephone number online. The emails submitted through the website have been ignored.Initial Complaint

On Sept. 8 I bought a girls bathing suit and a womens rash guard shirt for $33.58. I have yet to receive the items. I have emailed the contact listed on the receipt three times and submitted an inquiry through Outlet ******************* website and there has been no response. There is no phone number listed on the website. When I Googled the address of the business it appears to be a house instead of a store. For the resolution, I would like my order fulfilled immediately and if that isnt possible, I would like an immediate refund.
