I tried to buy a sugar glider from the website tamed exotic and i sent them 350 250 for tje sugar glider and 100 for shipping cost the day came when they was supposed to ship her i received a tracking number saying shes been shipped then i get a email from mx movers saying that the crate shes in is not the right crate i would need another 850 to **** for a crate they say i would get my money back so i contacted tamed exotic and there not responding i also emailed the mx movers and no response i have all the emails and the sales receipt they sent me the tracking number the email from the mx movers placeInitial Complaint

On 12/16/2021 I entered a contract with Tamed Exotics to purchase 2 Classic grey sugar gliders, 1 male and 1 female for $600 which included the cost to have them transported by courier to my residence on 12/24/2021. The owner, Suil Macuello of said company made arrangements to have them delivered with a company named MX Movers. I was notified by email at **** on 12/24/21 that they were in transit and provided tracking number M013867653795MX. At **** I received another email they were "on hold" in ******* because they were not shipped with the proper crate. They were sent in a ventilated crate, and they needed a thermal crate for the safety of the animals. I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $750 to $1000 to a Zelle account for this crate or they would not deliver them! At **** after I could not get any response from the courier, I reached out to the Suil to find out what is going on. Her responsibility was to ship them safely in the proper crate and she did not do this. I told her this needed to be handled immediately as we have been waiting all day for my sons Christmas gift that she promised she would have to us. Tamed Exotics stopped all communication, would not answer calls or return emails, nor would the shipping company. To this day she will not respond to any communications and just stole my $600.00!! I am disgusted to say the least and just want my money back so I can find a reputable breeder to try and make up to my kid who woke up to an empty cage on Christmas morning. At this point I don't even know what happened to these poor little gliders and just pray they are safe!I have all 40+ emails dating back to 12/8/2021 if needed Thank you for help
