So today, March 1, 2023 I went to LA crawfish around 12:30 PM. I ordered 2 pounds of crawfish and a shrimp pho. My food was brought out. My crawfish were cold. My pho did not have any of the vegetables I had to request the tray. I asked for hot, melted butter and I got very cold butter although the staff were pleasant and attentive or at least the front of house staff were. I didnt notice that I had been shorted by 1 pound of crawfish. I was given 1 pound when I paid for two and I waited to see if they noticed it. I asked where the rest of the crawfish were. They told me it was 2 pounds being an extreme crawfish enthusiast I knew it was not 2 pounds. so I then packed up and left the restaurant and went to another seafood restaurant named BB text Orleans where I ordered two cans of crawfish and received 2 pounds of crawfish. The crawfish were the exact same size at each restaurant, but there was a drastic difference in the amount. I just want the pound of crawfish that Im missing or a refund for the pound of crawfish that I did not get. What makes this horrible is this was one of my favorite restaurants and I stopped going as the food started dwindling and before high went to the other restaurant I wanted to go to LA crawfish just to make sure that I wasnt taking business away from them and I guess cheating on them with another restaurant. I also wanted to make sure that I wasnt going crazy and that the caliber of food hadnt changed. However, I am drastically wrong and after this visit, I do not believe I will be visiting anymore.
