Getting my solar with Pure was a great experience from the Gentlemen who educated me on what's been going on with the rate increases from getting the solar turned on. Everything went as I was told. Me and my family are very happy with our decision and savings!

The guys were amazing super nice and helpful, the company is local from **************** the price is very good and competitive, very professional as well as educational.

I actually stayed away from solar for the main reason of cost, these guys at Pure Energy did a really great job breaking down and showing how it works in my area. Great communication, local and they DONT third party their work to contractors. Everything is in house done.

Great company, have had them for 2 yrs now and have seen my bill drop significantly . Everyone is super nice and helpful anytime I had a question, would 10/10 recommend!

After I canceled my contract bc I decided I didn't want to go into debt for 25 yrs for a humongous amount of money. Then I got a call from a company employee saying I was eligible for an incentive from my electric company and that they couldn't understand why I would cancel my contract and take advantage of such a **** savings. He sent me new figures. To make a long story short, I called my electric company and verified that nothing the *** said about getting an incentive from the electric company was true. Evidently, he lowered the price and tried to make it look like I was getting an incentive from the electric company. I reported the *** to the company manager who tried to sell me the solar panels to begin with. I hope she ripped him a new --- hole. I would not recommend them. Also, they are way too high on their solar systems. I got the SAME system from another company for $40k less. Always do your homework and get a second opinion. I almost made a huge mistake and didn't. I'm glad I did.

Very happy with my installation of solar panels. Its been so much less expensive having a solar payment instead of an electric bill. Very happy we chose to listen to them when they knocked on our door and offered a free quote. We will be referring our friends and neighbors to Pure Energy! ***** was a great guy to work with!

SolarEdge according to PureSolar in San Antonio said SolarEdge provides the equipment and they only install, so they say the equipment is SolarEdge quality. Now my equipment converter went off four months after being installed and Pure Solar said they only installed. that the equipment is the quality of SolarEdge not being good that was in November ************************************* June 2022. PureSolar came out to change the converter but said they normally dont do that, that i have to get in contact with SolarEdge next time because they only install and the equipment belongs to SolarEdge but PureSolar came but left my equipment unscrewed where water and moisture can get in it and i dont know if thats the cause but right now i have 3 panels not producing and SolarEdge says is just an update those panels they update in there system and they should be working and that was 4 months ago and they still are not producing energy that i am paying 120 to 160 of light bill in top of my $202 finance bills for the solar panels monthly. So SolarEdge should get better equipment or better installers. So Pure energy is not installing equipment right because they left all the equipment unscrewed and blame it on the quality of the equipment
