On 07/26/2022 I went to the business's website and purchased a gift card for 3 1-hour advanced massage sessions for $234.00 (an email confirmation of the transaction has been uploaded with my complaint). I then called to make an appointment for a massage, but there was no availability. Subsequent attempts to schedule appointments yielded the same results. At one point I logged onto the site to get a message that stated For information on redeeming Spa dSante gift cards purchased from June 2020 to September 2022, please contact the owners during that period: ******************* and *************************** at ******************************************* If you do not receive a response from them, please contact ** at ******************* to discuss assistance in redeeming gift cards. I immediately sent an email to the address given and it bounced right back to me. I have left numerous phone messages at the number provided and gotten no response. I just want to know how to go about getting a refund for services I paid for but never received. I'm not having any luck on my own, and the website is no longer active.

The business is not operating any longer and phone calls and emails have gone unanswered for for the last 4 months. Their website: ************************************ has a message that they are remodeling but when I have called the number - ******************* to discuss assistance in redeeming gift cards, those that answer say that ******************* and *************************** at ****************************************** are no longer affiliated with them. The phone number - ************ given as a direct contact to *** and/or ***** is now no longer in service.

We paid for services in a bundle ( 3 massages) they took our money as we paid for three massages and have not received the services. I have received one. They scheduled my second one for Oct. 17. I called to confirm my appointment and they were temporarily closed, which is misleading because I got through to someone and they said they are closing. I would like a refund or the services, this is fraudulent. I have emailed and called several times with no response.

In May I purchased $204 worth of massage sessions at Spa D'Sante. I began attempting to use them in early October. Since then, I received an email stating that the business had been sold and that their locations were closed for remodeling, but would reopen Oct. 13. However, that didn't happen. For a while, both their website and their phone messages stated that locations were temporarily closed and to contact *** *************) or ***** *************) for information about gift card reimbursement.I tried contacting them repeatedly via the numbers listed. **** simply rang and no one picked up. ****** went to a voicemail box that was full. I have written to their corporate email, to two individual contact emails I found on their website and through their internal contact page on their website, to no avail. At one point, I actually got through to one of the locations and spoke with someone named *** who said she was the manager. She said she could not refund purchases, but could schedule appointments at the ************* location. I requested a female massage therapist; she informed me that she would have to check schedules and call me back. She never did. I called a second time and left the same message with a receptionist. *** did not *********** no phones are answered. A new message on the website says all locations are closed and directs people in search of refunds to contact *** and ***** at an email address that is non-functioning no @ymail.com email address exists. Even when I substitute a gmail address, my email comes back as non-deliverable. If the business is not going to reopen, then I would like a refund of my $204. If it is going to reopen, then the new owners need to provide a valid way to reach them to schedule. There is no updated information on the website and the phone number is not even easily accessed. Without any way to reach anyone connected with the business, old or new, I can only assume that I will never see my money again.

Back in May I purchased 4 packages for mothers day massages. One for each of our mothers with 3@1hr massages. I want to say that my mom has used hers and my mother in law has 2 more left to use.The Gift Certs were under their names if you would please pull up your schedule and confirm. The names are ***************************** (2 Left) and ***************** ( 0 remaining) Those two gift packages were purchased 5/10/2022 in the amount of $408.00 for mothers day. Ideally I would prefer to honor the Gift Package fulfillment however if that is a problem please advise me of your proposal. The other Gift certs were for my husband and I to enjoy together (3@1 hr. massages each) Purchased 04/29/2022 in the amount of $618.00, we would also prefer to book them however I am open to receiving a refund on those if that would be easier. Those Gift Certs are under mine or my husbands name ******** or *************************. There are 4/6 remaining. The owners "sold the company" and have been impossible to reach. New ownership refuses to honor the Gift Certs and have givin me a first name only gmail address to contact previous owners. They deny any affiliation and refuse to share any more information regarding contacting these "previous owners" my problem is, they owe me 8 hours of massages that have BEEN paid for. After doing some research I have found that they, prior to selling... had an insane holiday push to sell Gift cards before the change of ownership. I believe I've been duped and I want my money! I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE NEW OWNERSHIP EITHER THEY HAVE BEEN RUDE AND OF LITTLE TO NO ASSISTANCE!

On August 28, 2022, I purchased a Wellness Bundle, pre-paying for 6hrs of therapeutic massages in order to get a discounted price on the bundle. I have had one massage from that Bundle, for 1 1/2hrs on Aug. 14, 2022. The cost of that was $94.00. My next massage was scheduled for Thurs. October 13 at their ********************** location. I received an email reminder from the spa's automated system. However, when I showed up for my appointment, there was nobody there. The spa is closed, with construction workers inside remodeling. The construction workers said a lot of people like me have been coming by. I asked the construction worker if they were remodeling for Spa d'Sante or for a new business that would be moving in to this commercial space but they claimed they did not know. I noticed that ***'s name (one of the owners) has been taken off the door. I called the spa *************) but my call was not returned. I checked their website and it now says all spas are closed for remodeling. (I think they have 2 locations remaining.) Their website also states for information on gift cards purchased from June 2020 to September 2022 to call either *** at ************ or ***** at ************. I have called both numbers 6 times but the numbers either ring a long time then disconnect, or go to a voicemail box which is full and you cannot leave a message. I think this business has skipped town with customers like me being owed money we prepaid for services. Never in my life have a received a reminder for an appointment and showed up for the appointment to see the business is closed. I am owed a refund of $290.00 for prepaid massage therapy at this business, for services paid for but not received.
