In February B Comm was out digging for fiber installation & hit our water line, they repaired it & then we had no water pressure in our guest restroom. After back & forth a plumber came out to unclog our faucet. It was h*** trying to get them to reimburse us for the plumber but they finally cut us a check after filing a complaint on BBB. We just had a inspector come out to do a yearly warranty inspection & told him about our experience & he informed us that it is actually illegal for B Comm to do any repairs on the waterline as they are not licensed ***************** wanting some sort of paperwork stating who did the repairs, wheres the repairs were done on the waterline & what was used to fix it or a lid ended plumber to come out & fix the waterline correctly. They were extremely shady in the way they handled things in ************ do not expect any sort of cooperation on this. I want to ensure we are protected moving forward, if any issues arise from the waterline now knowing illegal work was done on it without our knowledge. If we have to escalate the matter we most definitely will, knowing how difficult it was for them to right their wrongs on previous issuesBusiness response

I apologize sincerely that you felt our team was anything other than expedient, responsive, and caring when responding to your previous claim. Your first request was for reimbursement, and our Company processed the documents you submitted and reimbursed you.
I am not sure I entirely understand the situation, as to whether or not you are experiencing issues and purport that we are fault, but nonetheless, I have turned your information over to our claims manager once more to reach out to you to understand your concerns.
We take resident complaints very seriously here at B Comm - after all, we are all residents ourselves, most of us, within the *******************. If we caused an issue and are at fault, we will certainly take measures to correct the issue.

I am sorry you don't feel you've had cooperation after we've satisfied your only demand thus far and reimbursed you, but I assure you that your communication would not be lost on this company if you'd reach out directly as I have suggested above.

On 2/17 B COMM was drilling in our yard and hit our water line. After repairing it, we had no water pressure in our guest restroom. Our house is brand new and had no issues prior. We were told a plumber would come out to fix it. Since our home is still under warranty we asked if we could use our builders plumber. We were told wed need to pay out of pocket and were assured that we would be reimbursed the $125 after the fact. It is now 3/16 and weve called and emailed multiple times and have been told the same thing every week.. that the payment is coming in the mail, but have not gotten anything..Business response

B Comm reimbursed ********************************* via check #*** dated 3/17/2023. She probably has not received the check in the mail yet. Our sincerest apologies for any delay; however, our accounting department has certain requirements in place (signed docs, etc.) that must be met in order to issue payments. Thank you!
