Thanks for your help ahead of time regardless the resolution of my complain. Few weeks ago I bough Materials from the this building materials. McCOY'S building Supply at ***************. where the the loading process was goin slow, but safe out the blue this other forklift operator and push the bundle from the back of the trailer where the the forklift drove on top of my trailer's tail gate was damage. I expose the situation to the manager who told me that he will call the corporate company to find out what will be the process for this incident. This incident occurred on 3/28/2022 since then I been trying to call to find out about , and this time no one had call me.Business response

Hello,
The 025 management team sent in a signed release form for ****************** today in regards to the incident that occurred on March 29,2022.
****************** provided an estimate to the store, the estimate was reviewed, and a black release form was sent to the store. When ****************** signed the release for, the store issued a check to ****************** for $385.06, check number *******.

I have been dealing with McCoys regarding a warranty window replacement in my home for many months now. (August 2021)There is no dispute regarding eligibility of the window for warranty replacement as the seal between the window panes has failed during the warranty period.The problem: I have been given three separate replacement dates, of which none occurred. On each date, I have made arrangements to be present at home for an entire day since specific times are not given. Again, none of these appointment days have been observed by McCoys nor was I given a heads-up as to cancellation. There was also no follow-up call from McCoys after the missed appointments. Each time I've had to contact McCoys after their missed appointment to reschedule yet again.While their sales representatives are always very courteous, I've lost three days of personal time blocked out for window installation and still have no window. I cannot continue to keep setting aside business or personal activities for seemingly random dates that never occur.I need a valid install date that actually happens.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Sunroom from Dreamcatchers. They in turn purchased all my windows from McCoy's Building Supply https://www.mccoys.com/stores/******-**. They came in and were installed in June, by the end of August I saw the windows were wavy. I contacted Dreamcatchers and found out they were from McCoys. I contacted McCoys and was told they stood by their products and if it was warped they would fix them. It's December and Dreamchatchers keeps calling and is now trying to get a call back from the regional manager, Dreamcatchers says warped windows can't be fixed. The center sash (center of the window where the upper and lower windows meet) is warped it has a bow in it. No one will respond and now waiting on a response from the regional manager that *** or *** not come. As the consumer I need 5 windows replaced regardless. I didn't pick who the windows came from I am out a LOT of money. McCoys needs to stand by their products.
