** husband used this company as we were referred by dr. ** husband got his cpap machine/supplies from this place and he set up a pay plan. He never missed a payment and one day we called in to verify account was in good standing since several orders had been billed. Again, my husband paid in time every month and wa a planning to pay off balance. From the start, the employees were very standoffish. I spoke with a ******************* and she stated multiple times why were we only paying $10 a month (when this plan had been approved by them) and acted as though we needed to pay off immediately regardless of never missing a payment. I called back several days later to verify some information and spoke with billing manager, *****. She stated the same thing as *******************, saying about 5 time that $10 was too little and shed never approve this amount. At the end of the call, she said that since the plan was already approved and we always paid on time then it would be fine to leave as is. I called back a a week later because my husband was waiting on a package from them and they claimed nothing could be sent out and ***** put a stop to our orders until balance was paid. I was upset at the fact I was told one thing and then then another action was taken. I called, paid off balance and asked for no more supplies and to be removed from their list. ** husband got a text today stating a tech would reach out regarding an order. I called & asked for manager (****) and was told that no orders had been placed & he was removed from list. Upon hanging up, I couldnt end the call on my phone and heard another employee ask why I f****** asked this and **** says that I didnt need to. I have a recording of the conversation. Basically they were annoyed that I called and asked for verification from a manager. The people at this business are very unprofessional and rude and I would like this issue addressed and ensure my husband will not be affected or sent more of their supplies. Thank you.
