I found the All in the Family ************** on the Internet. We needed help moving from ***********, ** to **********, **. ******************************* took $2,000 cash and a $500 deposit through Zelle. The charge was only $1,500 and did not return the $500 deposit, he took it. He was very rude to his employees and would curse at them in front of my children.**************** delivered our items broken such as the couches, 2- 65 inch screen TVs, computer desk, a rolling bed, and damaged fragile merchandise that was marked fragile.The computer desk that he broke he said, he would pay $50 for the computer desk, but he never did.Then when we turned on the flat screen in the living room for the kids, tv screen was broken. We contacted **************** through text and he said to take a picture of the serial number of the Tv and ******************** insurance would pay for it and he never did. We had to spend over $300 to buy a new tv. I called him about the $500 deposit money when was he going to return the $500 and he said he was not going to return anything. He began to use vulgar language, he stated "He was not going to f****** return ****." and he continuously called me ghetto. I reported the situation to **** of ************************ and it is still under investigation to this day.All I want is my $500 deposit, and compensation for the computer desk and 65 inch tv back and for my family.Business response

I booked with ******************* and his crew bc over the phone and messages he made it seem like he was the best. They did not send any confirmation of the move the day before I had to reach out. The day of the move was scheduled for 9am, the movers did not show up until after 930. They brought the smallest trailer they had bc they thought they could get it done fast. I advised them it was. ****sq ft 2 story house. I was not only charged was more than quoted they made damages to my previous home, lost some items and broke my headboard to my bed. Was offered $40 for a hole in the wall they caused. Local storage companies stated they do not recommend this company to any of their customers moving due to the lack of professionalism. And trying to get a hold of their insurance company and also little to impossible. See photos below.
