I recently switched all my insurance policies to Allstate, through Mark ************************ agency, enticed by promises of competitive rates and comprehensive coverage. During the initial consultation, I specifically requested higher coverage for my primary home to avoid being underinsured. I took the sales agents recommendation on Auto coverage. Despite agreeing on a premium, I later discovered that the coverage for my auto insurance had been reduced without notification.When I confronted the agent about the discrepancy, he brushed it off and suggested increasing the premium for the originally discussed coverage. The biggest setback being, after canceling my other insurance policies as repeatedly urged by my sales agent; I was informed that Allstate could no longer insure my house due to a higher appraisal value. Despite my pleas to increase the coverage, I was told it exceeded their limits. When questioned why they made me cancel my other policy if their own was not yet finalized, they had no answer.Throughout this ordeal, the agent continuously stalled, claiming to be working with partners to find alternative coverage at better rates. However, the proposed premiums skyrocketed, reaching six times the initial quote (from 6k to 36 K annually) for about 1/5th increase in coverage amount. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the main agent, there was no response or accountability.Fortunately, I found another insurance company that provided the coverage I needed at a reasonable price. My experience with Mark ************************ agency has been of bait-and-switch tactics, lack of accountability, and unethical practices. Even now, I am awaiting a refund for the canceled policies without any follow-up from them.Overall, I cannot recommend this agency and the subsequent handling of my insurance needs.

Very dishonest. Received (in the mail) a quote from them for Homeowners insurance, which was based on publicly available information about my home. When I called them and confirmed all the information (of which nothing changed), they quoted me a rate three times higher than what they sent me in the mail. When I questioned them about extreme differences in quotes, they said because some of my information had changed, which nothing had changed. I found this to be a very sleazy and dishonest way to get you to call them, and because of this they will never get a ***** of my business.
