I had an initial consultation and diagnostic evaluation with **************** at Vein Clinics on 06/29/2022. I was diagnosed with peripheral leg vein insufficiency and a treatment plan was agreed upon with ********************. I had several in office procedures on 09/07/22, 09/08/22 and 09/09/22. I was charged an out of pocket amount of ****** for each procedure. My insurance paid 100 % of of the charges for 09/07/22 and 09/08/22. The *** for 09/09/22 is in process. I also had follow up visits on 09/12/22 and 09/14/22 where I was charged an out of pocket fee. I was scheduled to complete my follow up visits and treatment plan on 10/10/22 and 10/11/22. I received a text message from Vein Clinics on 10/09/22 informing me that my appointment on 10/10/22 was cancelled due to the office being closed. I arrived at the clinic on Tuesday, 10/11/22 for my appointment and was told by the office staff that they were not closed on Monday, 10/10/22 but that they were going to cancel my Tuesday, 10/11/22 because of " glitches " in the system. They rescheduled my appointment for later in October and then began a series of multiple texts and calls to schedule and reschedule appointments that I never requested or made. At one point I received notice that I had a series of appointments scheduled through January, 27,2023. When I called the office and main numbers, I got the same people that stated that all appointments were handled through corporate". I told them that I had no idea why they were scheduling so many extra appointments and they would not give me access to the clinic or the doctor to question why the extra appointments were needed. They couldn't give me a reason or access to talk to a doctor. I have tried to reach billing for almost 2 weeks to get repayment for the out of pocket fees they charged me since my insurance covered the treatments 100%. In spite of multiple phone calls and messages, I have not been able to get anyone in billing to call me back and discuss my account.
