I received electricity bill for 445 dollars.it is outrageous.My bill wasn't that high last year but this year increased that much,I am low income,cannot afford this necessity and also I have other necessity need to be paid. Please help and do something about my bill. Thank you.Business response

I paid $129 on 1-18-24 and $130 on 1-20-24. I feel like we are being over charged and we I tried calling to get them to com out and check to see if something is wrong they refuse. And they just steadily keep raising our rates and won't tell us whyBusiness response

9/2022 my electric bill jumped from 234 to 620 a month which is outrageous because 3 ppl moved out in June and the bill be going up since then with no help just a bs excuses I'm not the only one complaining. There's plenty of people complaining about them and nobody's doing nothing about that. How outrageous prices that they're charging us for the same usage that we've been using or either some people even less. But the bill is just getting higher and higher and higher using the heat as an excuse. When I just got my roof done, I got better installation and everything in my bill is higher than it was when it was less insulated. Something's wrong here. We need help. We need a solution. We don't even want them to change their prices. We want the opportunity to go with whatever company wants we want to because they have monopolized the whole area so we are not able to even go to other companies around us because of them and they're not treating the customers right and for us not to have an option. This is just very unfair and it's not helping anybody especially at the unprecedented time that we're dealing with now with the pandemic and everything and Lord work hours and lower pay. So I feel like someone needs to step in and let us out of this monopolized area that the United corporation services have done and the prices are just unbearable. They are raising the prices of our electric for our **** sq ft house up to $500 a month they didnt send out any kind of notification that it was going up. For ***** kilowatt hours it was $460 we cannot afford that in the hottest part of the summer our electric was $200 and that was affordable who knows how much more theyre going to raise it then what?Initial Complaint

I have been paying for internet services that are not being provided on a constant basis. I have reported this several times and spent hours on the phone and still no resolution and no management is willing to get this resolved. Account 240308-001. I pay $69.99/mo for 500 Mbps download but I am always at 50 Mbps daily. The lowest service they offer is $54.99/mo for 100 Mbps download and I dont even get provided that level of service.
