**** the payment 1 finance manager never called me about payment or emailed me. She called my references telling them they were gonna repo my car today my account was ******************************************************************** I needed to it this months bill as well to be taken off repo a car cannot be repod for a payment due within the same month its not even the last day of the month extremely unprofessional and rude and lack of knowledge in finance to make such threats and be giving references personal information your allowed to let the references know to have me call them nothing more can be told.Business response

We unsuccessfully tried to contact you. We left messages, sent text messages, sent mail and had no response or correspondence. Because we had no contact and without correspondence, we were not sure if we even had good contact information for you. So, as a result we resorted to using secondary contact information provided by you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:My girlfriend had emailed payment1 and gave my new number you guys also have her number and failed to call her. If no sensitive information was given how did a reference know I was on repo list? Nobody knew I had a car loan. Apparently there is a lack of training going on in the ************* and people are not telling the the truth because when I called to pay after ************************* called and told me **** told her she put out for a repossession on my auto when I called in she did tell me I was on the repo list THEN said i was 48 days past due and that I had to pay the total balance including the current months bill to be taken off repo which is a lie I was only supposed to pay the past due amount from the previous month to not be 48 days past due you can not issue a repo for a payment due within the same month. I think theres a lack of knowledge in that office. May be due to such a high turn around there!
