I recently had gutter and roof work done by Mr. Happy House and I am thoroughly impressed. Family owned, local to the area. Their competitive pricing was a major plus, but what really stood out was their exceptional client care. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, Mr. Mike and his crew demonstrated a strong commitment to addressing all of my concerns and solving any issues that arose, also taking the time to discuss trending designs and had plenty of photos to show-case other works they had completed. Mr. Mike was meticulous in overseeing every detail of the work, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. If you're looking for reliable, customer-focused service, I highly recommend Mr. Happy House for your projects.

Mike at Mr. Happy House is outstanding to work with. To date, he has helped us by installing gutters on our home, installing a storm door to solve a water leak from outside in a new home, and painted 2 of our rooms. Like everyone, no one is perfect and mistakes will happen. Mike stands by his work and ensures the job is done. That alone will make me a customer for life. We used Mr Happy House last week to add gutters to our house and to restore and repaint our garage. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication was clear, the workers were efficient, professional, and highly competent. The completed job was everything we wanted and better than we expected. Mike the contractor explained our choices, made suggestions, and never hard-sold us. The pricing was clear and reasonable. We’d gladly use them again for work in the future.Review from Rob J

Perry & Linda D. Our 19-year-old roof was in such sad shape. Fortunately, we found Mr. Happy House, my brother and his son highly recommended Mike's GAF roofing services, both having had work done by his company in the past. Mike and his crew had our home and roof looking like new in two days' time, and at a very reasonable price. It's such a relief to know that the few rotten spots that were hidden under the old shingles have now been repaired. We now have the peace of mind that comes with having the GAF System Plus 50-year deluxe warranty for our beautiful new roof. Mr Happy House inspected my roof after some loose shingles and granular loss were identified. Mike and his team identified additional hail damage on the roof. Mike’s team replaced our damaged roof with a Gaf Timberline HDZ roof. The work was done as planned and on schedule. Mike and his team were very professional, responsive, and Mike helped every step of the way with the process of getting the roof covered with our insurance. I will be calling him again for any future needs that come up with our house. He really made the entire process stress free. My greatest respect for you and your husband for allowing me to properly evaluate your roof situation. Your insurance company was a bit difficult to on the same page for replacement of your roof, but it was of great help that you and your husband along with myself kept pressure on the insurance company to get what was duefully yours, and I'm so happy to be a part of that whole process and glad I was able to get you a new GAF roof with a Lifetime System Plus Warranty. Mike and his team are amazing! I first contacted Mike about applying gutters and downspouts on a Saturday and he was prompt in his response. He came out the very next day to give me an estimate. My gutters and downspouts were installed that same week. Mike also painted the gables of my home to match the great color of my gutters. My home looks beautiful! Mike also hooked up my rain collection barrel for me with expertise and functionality. Mike is reliable, honest, prompt, and professional. His focus on my satisfaction with his work and attention to detail is admirable and very much appreciated. I and my home are very happy with Mike and Mr HAPPY HOUSE!
