      This business has repeatedly called me since Dec 2023 approximately re: My elderly mothers loan *********************) with them. This is not my debt, I have asked them in the past to quit calling me...and I blocked the number.However they continue to call and leave messages, saying i was listed as a reference..even tho i was never told that i had been.They want me to have my mother and or her POA which is my brother to contact them I'm fed up with it..this has gone on for over 6 months .I want them to stop..leave me alone.

      In response to the complaint filed by *********************************** ID# ********. When a contract is signed at the time the loan is made the customer gives consent to Red River ******************************************* allowing the office to receive information from consumer reporting agencies should it be necessary. It is the policy of ******************************** Corporation to make and maintain contact with their customers.  When an account goes delinquent the office will make phone calls to the customer or the refences listed on the account to try and work out an arrangement that would benefit the customer and the office.  If an arrangement is not made because of lack of communication or broken promises the office will use the consumer reporting agencies to find numbers to try and contact the customer.
      The desired settlement for this account is to cease and desist all phone calls from the company.  I have contacted the ******************************** Corporation in ****** and have made sure that all phone calls will be stopped to ****** moving forward.

      I have tried to pay on my loan and they will not take any amount other than the amount of the monthly payment without renewing my loan. I have talked to them several times and tried to ask nicely, but they keep making me up my loan and have done it more than once to change my due date and I cannot do that anymore. I just want to pay, what *** told them I could pay, but they will not take my money. They want to threaten that theyre going to turn it over if I dont which they are in the process of now

      In response to the complaint filed by ********************* ID # ********, I have spoken to the supervisor ***************************** for the Red River Credit Corporation location in ******** 
      ***** informed me that accommodations have been made to help this customer on numerous occasions, currently we have ************* with a promise to pay on 5/22/24 per her request after failed promises to pay earlier in the previous month and this month.  When an account goes delinquent the office will make phone calls or home visits to try and work out an arrangement that would benefit the customer and the office.  If an arrangement is not made because of lack of communication, the office does have the right to file for small claims judgment and subsequent garnishment if necessary.

      In response to the complaint filed by ************************* ID#********, the complaint has been reviewed and discussed with the Red River Credit Corporation supervisor ************************
      When this account was made in March of 2022 1 payment was made and would have matured in March 2023. ***************** states she made several promises to pay that in turn were broken.  In October 2023 her place of employment was located, and the legal process was started.  The day that ***************** was served 11-13-23, she contacted the office and made a payment and then set up a promise to make another payment on 11-24-23 then set up a payment schedule until paid off.  Unfortunately, on the 24th the customer called and stated she once again would not be able to pay and set up another promise to pay which resulted in a failure to keep.  ********** tried to keep in contact with the customer and was unsuccessful most of the time when the calls were made.  This customer was given several opportunities to accommodate her with her payments that were unsuccessful due to the promises to pay broken.  The Red River Credit Corp. in ********* followed office protocol to receive payment and file legal.
      Court was held on 11/29/23, the customer claimed that the process server did not do her job properly, but the judge disagreed, and the judgment was granted.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      1 the judge *****ed the judgment because ******* w red river credit told me I didn't need to be there she would tell them we had an agreement he didn't ***** it because the process server did right.  The courts agree it was bad service but was unable to do anything because she is not licensed in Kay county as a process server. As for me having to call and make another arrangement is because I offered what I could afford a month and ******* wanted more I couldn't pay that much having a garnishment coming out of my pay already as a single mom I offered to pay what I could and the court told me to pay what I can each month and red river credit can stop garnishment to let me pay it on my own but ******* is rude and obviously it looks like corporate was lied to I was never served and the process server showed everyone at my job, and 2 local businesses where I live and told them I would go to jail over a loan and after speaking to the courts that's false info. She humiliated me because everyone including the business ahw left my papers with for them to come give to me knows my business I was not served by the process server I was served by a local person here who has nothing to do with my loan nor any business serving papers he is a mechanic in town and was left my papers because she failed to come to my home and it shows on camera she never came here

      In response to the complaint rejection filed by ************************* ID#********, I had the supervisor of Red River Credit Corp. contact the process server to verify that she is indeed licensed in ********************* is licensed in the whole *****************. Red River Credit Corporation cannot control how a process server fulfills their job duties.  What they did or did not do is out of our hands. 
      In the first response I noted the promises to pay that were broken, it is our company policy to make and stay in contact with the customer when payments are defaulted on.  When this loan was made in 2022, an agreement was signed stating the amount borrowed and the amount that would be paid monthly until the end of the loan.  ********** offered many opportunities for the customer to pay that would benefit her the most, when that was defaulted on legal action was taken.

      There was a line of credit open at this location.Which doesn't belong to me. This business does not pull credit reports to determine credit line. I am a victim of identity theft. I also have a lock on all 3 credit bureau's due to the identity theft. This line of credit that was opened at the end of December 2022 and Is still open and affecting my credit score and to this day is unresolved. After numerous attempts on getting this cleared up with the local branch in Alamo ** and the corporate office. They have yet to call me back or give me any status on. Who May have opened this account. I simple ********************** inquiry would have prevented this due to the security questions that would have been asked. **** and ******* at TCC in Alamo ** are very unprofessional in manner of which they have conducted themselves in this situation.

      In response to the complaint ID of ******** filed by *********************, I have reached out to the supervisor ************************* and with the help of the *** *************************** we have investigated the claims of identity fraud.  He stated in his complaint that he had numerous attempts to try and get this resolved with the Texan Credit Corporation in Alamo and the ***************** the attempts did not go unnoticed.  We had to have all the documentation from the customer to follow up with the request to investigate.  We did receive the documentation we needed to investigate the allegations; a call will be made to ***** to give an update on the status of the account.

      I have a discharged Chapter 7 Bankruptcy; Texan Credit Corporation was included in my discharged Bankruptcy. Yet- TEXAN CREDIT CORPORATION continues to report inaccurate information to CRAS reporting that my account ending in **** is LATE and in COLLECTION; the false reporting has caused my credit score to suffer greatly and drop by 85 points and I have been denied credit at 3 places: due to said company knowingly reporting inaccurate information. The claimed debt was fully discharged in my Bankruptcy. The company was served notice of my Bankruptcy which included the mentioned account. ********************** is causing me undue financial and emotional hardship by falsely reporting misinformation to the credit agencies. I have been penalized with a higher interest rate and have been DENIED credit solely due to this account reporting as a late collection. The last report by TCC of inaccurate information was reported on April 1, 2023 by the company.

      In response to the complaint filed by ************************* complaint ID# ********, this complaint has been reviewed and discussed with the *** of Texan Credit ***************************. In the complaint ********************* states that the company has been reporting her information wrong since her filing bankruptcy, and her resolution was to correct her credit report. After reviewing her account and her documents, Texan Credit will be forcing her credit report to be updated.  The correction on her report could take up to but not limited to 30 - 120 days.

      I currently have a loan through Red River Credit Corporation. On 9/30/22 I suffered a heart attack which took me away from work for 35 days. Red River Credit reached out to me after learning of the heart attack. I explained to them that I was functioning off of very limited amount of money until I could get back to work. They specifically told me to just let them know when I will be able to pay. They actually were understanding. Weeks go by and I finally get a full paycheck. I paid Red River Credit Corporation 2 payments in early December to catch up. However, they noted on my credit report that I had missed payments and was late. This really upset me as it hurt my credit that I have been trying to work on for the past 2 years. I tried to resolve the matter with them and they would not agree to take the negative remarks off of my credit report. Had they not tricked me into believing that they were going to give me some leniency in the beginning, I would have paid then.

      In response to the complaint filed by ***************************** case ID ********, I have spoken to ***************, the *** for Red River Credit Corporation and conclude that at no time was ******************** mislead to believe that the office would be able to manipulate his credit to reflect anything other than what his payment history shows. Reporting to the credit bureau is an auto generated process, not a process that is done in house of Red River Credit Corp.  The information is sent electronically thru the system to the credit bureaus to reflect our customers pay history, there is absolutely no way to change the contents.
      When ******************** spoke with the office after his heart attack,they did accommodate the customer by working with him to stop the collection calls until he was able to make a payment. He has recently renewed his account with River Credit Corp in ********* and his credit should reflect him as current.
      Mr. ********* resolution is to change his credit report, as stated previously we are unable to do that.  We have an open-door policy should ******************** need to come in or call and discuss any issues or concerns.

      I am rejecting this response because: The representative specifically said to "let them know when I will be able to pay the loan payment." If this is not misleading then I would never understand Red River Credits definition of misleading. 

      I have talked with representatives from the company. They directed me to renew the loan so that I would be current. However, this does not remove the negative ***** They told me that their branch manager told them to move on actions to place negative marks on my credit report even after they questioned the branch manager about being so harsh after they worked with me around my medical issue. This tells me that the branch manager does not care about customer service.

      I got the BBB involved as I asked another loan company officer what they would do in my shoes. After this loan is paid, I will not be doing business with Red River Credit again.

      In response to ***************************** complaint ID ********, he stated that the office told him to let them know when he could make a payment.  That was in reference to stopping the collection calls that our Red River Credit Corporation has in place to stay in contact with our customers. It was just a promise to pay that was set up to keep the office from calling the customer while he was in the hospital and home trying to heal from the heart attack. That did not have anything to do with how his credit was reporting.  Like it was stated yesterday in the first response, our offices cannot manipulate how the customers credit it is reported. That is an auto generated process that takes place once a month.
      I spoke to ***************, the *** for Red River Credit Corporation and she informed me that the manager that was there at the time this took place is no longer an employee of RRC.  **** also told me that our policy of proper techniques to make collection calls was reviewed so that there are no further misunderstandings.
      As stated yesterday, we are unable to change the way his credit was reported at the time this took place. Our company took strides to accommodate our customer at the time he had medical issues and was unable to pay us, that was what was meant when he was told let us know when you can make a payment.  

      We have an open door policy, if ********** has any questions he can give us a call any time.

      I took out a loan about 4 months ago I did make 2 payments but did fall behind I have been receiving calls from the manager and cant answer due to not having my phone so I call the office and I have made like 3 promise payments but have had struggling financially and called the manager and told her that I could make a payment in a week from now and she started screaming at me I was like your not supposed to be talking to me like that and she was like its because Im tired of you making promise payments and Im like well I am communicating with you because I dont want to just leave my loan like that but all in all she has no reason to be talking to me like that

      Today's date is 11/3/2022. My complaint is against Texan Credit Corporation. I tried to make a payment online,it didn't give me an authorization code for proof of payment...I assumed it didn't go through.I called the local ********** office and they did it over the phone. I looked at my bank account and it was paid twice. I called local branch and was told I couldn't be reimbursed so only option to get money back was to take another loan out for $116... I felt I had no option and sign the **** contract... I complained to home office only to be told I would be reimbursed in 3 to 5 days but local branch DIDN'T tell me that only coerced me into signing another $116 loan ...I needed that money to pay other bills.So now I owe them probably another $300 or more for this whole FIASCO. I shouldn't have to go to my bank withdraw cash,take it to the local branch and wait for my refund. None of this should have happened to begin with. I don't care what 3rd party Texan corporation operates with... INCOMPETENCE AND FLAT OUT LYING should NOT be a part of your business practices.

      First let me say, I am on my THIRD loan from this company. I have excellent payment history, have never defaulted or any issue. But, the very same day my payment comes due these people are harassing my references. I've asked them several times to stop it and they continue. I told them I also am at work during the same hours they are open for business, and is why I do not answer for them. I told them there is no need to even call me, that when my payment is due they can always expect a payment that following Friday. They even call me from their personal cell phones which I find extremely inappropriate and uncalled for. Ive uploaded a screenshot of the personal cell phone number that called me, it is not attached to their business
