Experience in April 2024: Ownership has transferred. I was VERY concerned about some of the information I saw on the Internet, but I know that angry people are more likely to write reviews than happy people. So I contacted the company. They were prompt to address my questions and concerns directly. They worked with me the whole way through to get exactly what I wanted specified. They communicated with me throughtout the process and called me when they had questions. They delivered stippling, slide cuts, optic cuts and new irons as promised on time and on budget. Very pleased with the result. The customer communication and support was top-notch the whole way. Based on my experience, could recommend to anyone. No one else was as willing to make sure they knew EXACTLY what I wanted and didn't want, clarify, re-clarify, ask questions, follow-up, and deliver a completly custom job. No one. I called several other potential providers. Slideworks Engineering provideded the best customer support, and the product did not disappoint.Review from Chris H

Fantastic service, and customer support. Multiple slides done with Brad (the owner). Great crew they have. Not sure about all the hate from other people here. Couldn't be happier with them!Review from Brack P

I ordered a Holosun 507k, new sights, slide cut and cerakote from Slideworks Engineering. He did the work fast and it looks fine, but they stole the Ameriglo Trooper night sights that were on the slide when I sent it in. Now they claim they received it with no sights when I asked them to return the sights. After sending a photo of the slide I took in the post office parking lot prior to shipping he is willing to give credit for more slide milling/cuts to make it right. What would make it right is to send me the sights back that someone in his shop stole off my slide. Anyways, just wanted to give anyone that may be planning on using them a heads up. I should have heeded the bad reviews I read about them instead of giving them a chance since most of those reviews were older.Review from Kipp S

I purchased a g17 slide that said was in stock and 11 remaining. Weeks later stated in processing still. Never received tracking number, never received the product, multiple voicemails never returned, multiple emails never responded to. Took my money and ran. I am VERY understanding of ANY situation. Hardship or whatever it may be, if there is at least communication. But taking or accepting my money and then to have zero follow whatsoever is not acceptable.Review from Marcus M.

Do not recommend Slide works to anyone you care or you know.Brad the owner is a dishonest person.He cashed out my money,send out my slide to his Company,2weeks past and still no slide.Called him numerous times,messages on FB and email.No answer and he finally called me back he said he never got my slide and when I told him that I have a tracking number he emediately change his story and blame it on ***** and said "I'LL MAKE IT RIGHT WITH YOU"and that is the word of a dishonest and could not be trusted person like him.DO NOT GIVE HIM BUSSINESS AND DO NOT BE A VICTIMReview from Bolivar R.

Plase don’t lose your money, that company is fake, he stole my money and don’t send my Slide. Just answer by Instagram and is as Rude support. I put complain in a Sheriffs office and a Froud Refund Services, he have a bunch of reports. Please don’t waste you time and money with people don’t have any courtesy or customer service, he just block in social media and goshting. Just looks your webpage, is just a Wordpress template and use a @gmail.com for mail.Review from Logan W

Typical what others are experiencing Ordered "in-stock" slide never shipped. Almost month later after many excuses I requested a chargeback with my cc company. Slide works is garbage customer service. I mean if Brad straight told me "we're behind its going to be 4 to 6 weeks I can live with that. But lying 3 times is just plain unacceptable.Review from Jason P

Brad will take your money and then not deliver what you bought. String you along after promising to make it right. If you call him out on his social media platforms he will block you for it. Avoid this clown at all costs.
