SCAM alert!!!! They will not answer the phone or reply to e-mails. We bought 10 certifications and now the link does Not work.. I think they are out of business.. Don't do it they will steal your money!!!Review from Roman P

I received certificates with totally wrong names on them. And one of my drivers never received a certificate, after he finished a program. The phone number on the website was never answered, and the voicemail they have is wrong, from the last year's Christmas holidays. Please make a better effort to work properly and satisfy customer needs.

Our records show that 7 out of 8 took the test for certification. If the names are incorrect, they will need to retake the test with the correct name. Thank you.Review from Scarlet V

We have used US Forklift Certification for several years at my place of employment with no issues. The site seems legit, we always get our certificates printed and cards in the mail within a week or so. The past year, we have had issues with their links to use our purchased licenses to take the tests. (404, Page not Found.) They have not changed their voicemail (about being closed for the Christmas holiday) since a year ago, even when it was February...or July....and no matter when I call or how many messages I leave, they never call back. Now the link to finish the test and have the cards sent by mail (which always seemed to work when we figured out a back-door way of getting our purchased licenses despite the "404 Page Not Found") is also broken. Not even sure my newest Forklift Driver is going to get his certification card. Words of Advice: Don't do it. Look for another certification site!US Forklift Certification Response

We have record of Scarlet taking the test on 7/12/2022. Her certification card was shipped 7/13/2022. We have had no contact from her in regards to an issue with our site. We will gladly send her another card.Review from Lady P

Easy read, 5 modules, lots of practice exams. Took me two practice exams, and 1 final exam to pass. I got 88%!! Woohoo!! I bought a groupon coupon on groupon, very cheap, redeemed pretty easily. The only thing is that I can't download my certificate. I'll need to fix that so I can view it, screen shot it, post it on FB for my friends and family to see. I would give this company an A. I'd give it an A+, if it'll let me download my certificate easy peezy, lemon squeezy.
