filed claim with go auto on 5/27/2024 they send notifications saying within **************************************** no contact made their adjuster ******** R simply sent a generic email. i responded to the email advising no i need contact to initiate repairs to my vehicle no response on 5/30/2024 i called naralley between ***** times no response not even to a voicemail left. then sat on hold with regular customer service that literally automated cut off. i had to reach customer service as if i wanted to buy new insurance to even speak with someone that representative then tried to give me an excuse of she may be at lunch. NO SHE IS NOT DOING HER JOB. currently now waiting a manager. i work in insurance and i know my rights ill be placing suit against this company within 60 days. the manager never came back to the call but sent a message saying it may take 3-4 business days asked y that wasnt disclosed vs advising 24/48 hours. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. my window is cracked mold is building in my car bc they are to lazy to resolve customers issue in a timely manner.
