Booked an appointment on November 1 for appointment on December 17 which included a $25 deposit. On December 16 received text message from Sadity Queen(Bre Moore) stating she had Covid and would need to reschedule or refund which ever I decide. I decided immediately on a refund and she is refusing to refund my deposit. Have email confirmation and text messagesBusiness response

I told her i would give her a refund when i got a chance. Even tho on my website it states deposit are non refundable. I was hospitalized with Covid under bad conditions and i told her she was being inconsiderate. She proceeded to be disrespectful. I have no problem giving her to deposit if that will solve this case.
