Package said I was it was tried to be delivered however when I went on the **** website it said the package does not even exist this company is a scam, I've written them to see if I could get a refund and no reply ,there goes my son's only f-in Christmas gift , things were tight this Christmas and that was the only thing he wanted that I could afford over 90$ for lights that he will never see !!! We live in ****** and they pretending to use a US tracking company!!! Please never order off this company it's a scam order number was ****Review from Blake H

Looks like this is a scam after all. Their phone numbers and emails are all fake, and they do not answer to whatever you send them. Spend a better portion of 80$ for 2 large strips, and its been well over the time limits they mention. I understand taking a while with covid and all, but The lack of answers or emails is starting to get to me. Plus, the money is already out of my account, and I'm positive I'm not getting it back. Dont fall for it. Just get any led, ANYWHERE else. Literally anywhere.Review from Becky M

Ordered 3 sets of LEDs in November and actually received the product -- except 2 of the strings were a cheaper set than I had ordered and didn't match the other set that was correct. I emailed about 6 times in 2 months and FINALLY got a reply asking for photos --- then another reply to another of the emails stating I had received the correct item (before they even had seen the photos of the WRONG item). More emails, another reply asking for photos again. Photos sent again. No more replies. Tried again today, 4 months after the initial email, and the message was returned as their customer service address no longer exists. Tried to be understanding about issues during COVID, but clearly they just gave up. Now their website is down and lists "Coming Soon". What a scam.Review from Amy J

Zero stars should be an option. Charged my card and never shipped. Gave me a purported tracking number that had me log into my Google account to track the package. I had to change Google password. More than 20 days after I disputed the charge, they sent me a message saying my lights had been received and sent another tracking link that I am going to ignore. I have no lights. It is a scam.
