In the beginning of February 2024, I asked *************************** for a quote to size 8 little rings(plain bands) to one size larger. One signature ring and earring he bought as old gold without even weighing it in front of me.He gave me only $60 for it. Its ALL 9ct. Yellow SA gold.The moment I left that premises, I phoned Stormi, a salesperson that took in my other rings for sizing, I asked to reverse this transaction. She agreed telephonically to add that signature ring to be sized as well with the other 8, give the earring back when I collect all my rings all together. February 19, I phoned Stormi to make arrangements for collection. Was told its not ready until 29th February. After that date I can get it any time during their business hours.In March 2024 Ive physically walked into their premises to return the $60, collect my 9 rings and earring.Nothing was done, no sizing, nor could she access the safe to return my signature ring and earring and refused to take the $60 from me as she was unable to open the safe in order to reverse the transaction. May 20th 2024 I phoned to make an appointment to collect all my jewellery and was told all excuses about their ********* unable to do anything.****** refused to give everything back to me and PROMISED it would all be done by the very next day!June, 11th *********************************************************************************************************************************************** via Fedix overnight express mail. I phoned her the very next day and she couldnt give me a tracking number.Her excuse was that she cant get into the portal to see where it isIve showed all intention to be honest, to be extremely patient, to give her the benefit of the doubt and all I got was lies upon lies upon excuses upon excuses!!To be lied to (you realise) is such an insult to ones intellect!****, the owner cel nr. will not be given to me. The business has no email address or any other communication ways.
