This business i have used in several cities across America for several years.so They have strict rules on being on time, wearing a mask etc. if your 10 mins late they charge you the amount of the visit. I made an appointment online, my appointment was for 9:00 a.m. , Monday December 12, 2022. I drove an hour to get there on time because of their strict rules. I have paid ahead for all of my services. As a matter of fact, I have spent a thousand dollars in the last year, & have several services due to me. because I paid ahead. I drove for an hour to get there this ************** were closed. I did not get a phone call, or a text message or email from them. I called their number & talk to a *****. she said she had no idea why they were closed. I asked her to call me back within two hours because I would wait. I waited 3 ********* received no phone call back. I called again & talk to a Terra. who told me she would forward it to a manager. Sadly, I still haven't got any ************** have thousands of dollars of my money. It is now 2:00pm & still no phone call. I have never been treated this bad in my whole life. What has happen to people? you give them ************ run & hide from you. & act like they don't give a f***Business response
