      I have made a purchase for a transmission and engine. They never sent me the parts,I called and on 11/29/2022 The emailed me and advised me that my ******* would be refunded and credited within **** business days. I have not received my refund and they will not assist me by phone or email. They keep telling me that I called the wrong company. The numbers for support on their website is no longer in service as well.

      I responded to a general ad on the Internet regarding used transmissions. Several companies called and offered used transmissions with various prices and exising milage for the transmissions. I needed a 2008 Lexus LS460L transmission. A new one costs $6,000.00 and on the 5th of November 2022 I purchased a used transmission for $2,450 which was damaged and had to be returned. I had the same problem with the second one. This company moves with the speed of cold molasses. After returning the second one I requested a refund and they agreed on the 30th of January 2023. I call several times a day and am given various excuses regarding problems with the bank or the billing department is not open and here it is the 13th of February ****************************************************** my money returned. I simply would like to see the $2,450.00 that All Autoparts 2U has been using for the past three and one half months!It is unclear to how the city of Waco can allow a business with 19 complaints with the BBB and over a 120 complaints with ******* I am 83 and just stupid that I did not check with the BBB and the reviews on *******

      I ordered a **** **** Explorer Engine 4.0l (SOHC),(LHD), w/o flex fuel; (VIN E,8th digit), 4D, exc. Sport Trac VIN: 1FMZU63E92zG00890. Order ID: **********. Was told it was in stock and would get it within 2 weeks. Paid with Credit Card of $1301.56 on Sept 30, 2022. Was told in middle of Nov ************ had picked up Engine. Later was told *********** had lost Engine and they would refund ull price. A *************** called and sent an email stating that fact which I immediately approved and sent back. Her Phone # was ************ which is temporally unavailable along with their other numbers of **************************** Have they shut down and am I out my money?

      I purchased an engine for them for $3,700 waited from October 20th to today and still have not received it have called them multiple times email them multiple times was told that it was lost in shipping through R&L Carriers and they was going to return my money I have not been able to get back a hold of them and two weeks since they told me they were going to give me my money back and I need my money back

      I purchased an engine back in late march, for roughly $2,500. The company sent me the first engine, which ended up being messed up. So I contacted them and they said they would send me a replacement, which they did only months later that promised. When the second engine came in I was not there for drop off and that was made note of. Within the next week I had gotten the engine uncreated and was looking it over when I noticed it has a cracked block, making it unsafe and unusable. I tried contacting them immediately about this problem but I never got past customer service. By the time that I did get ahold of someone that couldve helped me, he said that my 10 day warranty had expired even though i know I called them before that 10 day cut off. All I want is my money back I am not looking for criminal charges. I also have call logs backing this up but it would have to be searched up.

      I first contacted said company about a engine was quoted a price I paid said price was told it would be 14 days I waited almost a month I did call for information on how much longer it would take and kept being told it was waiting on a shipper or that it was ready to be shipped so I asked for a refund and was told **** business days now I can't reach these people on information as to where my refund is it has been 10 days

      I purchased a motor for my ***** cx7 2008 for a total of ***** dollars was told it was going to arrive in 2 weeks never received nothing I was told to continue waiting for a month. With no proof of motor being shipped 2 payments for my motor one for ***** dollars and the other ***** dollars i need assistance I was promised a full refund please contact me

      08/26/2022 $2737.72 I was purchasing a motor from them for **** ****** tacoma for my truck . They told me they had 2.7 engine 3rzfe 4 cylinder in stock With 59K miles on it so I wanted it then gave my banking information to them . Then they said it must be recheck for compression test and then be ready for shipment i agreed . 5 day later i receive call that motor had failed compression test August 31 2022 but money from account has already been transferred on August 29,2022 . They wanted to sale me another motor for $ 500 more dollars more with higher mileage i declined and ask for my back. They told me that it cost me $ ****** transition fee from $2737.72 . It would take 7 to 10 business days to receive it back into my account. I've sent 19 emails and made 25 calls they would they working on it afraid they're not going to follow through it been 30 business days now .

      So I bought a used engine From this place. 6.4l turbo diesel with the turbo.. They told me it had ****** Mile's on it... When my mechanic checked it out he discovered that was far from the truth. Said it wasn't even worth his time to install it.. cause it didn't pass a compression test on 4 of the 8 cylinders... So I sent it back and they. Told me the refund would be 5-7 days and we're now working on 2weeks.... I want the refund I'm entitled to and I wanted to see if you could help.
