We hired ********** Kampermann to move my 6' ****** grand piano two months ago. During the move, he damaged the piano apparently tightening the strap too tight and leaving the **** just under the keyboard. He initially said that he would repair it. He never contacted us about the repair so we called him every other week. Each time he gave us the runaround, telling us that he doesn't know when it would be done or when the materials would be ready, etc. Finally after I gave his a poor review, he refused to repair it and hung up on my call.
