I have many complaints about the lack of communication and the lack of relaying and lack of documentation of information that goes on at this location going to back when this store was *****.However this seems to the Aarons business model because ********** is doing the same thing.My TV lease agreement T27103 was part of a claim with club claims ACC0104193 and was approved. I was told I can throw the tv away and to let Aarons know if I wanted a replacement or not.I called the same day I received the approval and spoke to ******** who told me shed call me back.i never did here from her to get a replacement so i made other arrangements and got another tv from somewhere else. I called that same day and spoke to someone who i explained everything to and he assured me it be taken care of. it was not .. and *** had that conversation now with at least 5 other people that the tv is part of a claim and that it needs to be removed from my account. I am so aggravated now. i paid 58% into that tv and would have loved a simple communication back to get the replacement . now i paid into something and that money is just gone. you should seriously move that money over to my couch. im so frustrated over this and i just got another phone call about the payment on the tv talking about the payment failed. i did not authorize anyone to take a payment out electronically nor did i initiate one. i expect a response an apology and some sort of compensation now going on about 2 months. unexceptable.
