Dishonest company that rips people off with their shoddy work, poor communications, false advertisement and overall poorly built homes. Multiple lawsuits have been filed against them. Talk to any Trinity homeowner and you will be warned to steer clear of this business.

We've been in our house for a year and a half. We've been very patient, giving trinity the opportunity to show us who they are as a company. A year and a half later we've realized they have showed us who they are as a company.. a terrible company. Since we have been in the home we have had to deal with 9 different point of contacts. **** time having to start over with each builder/warranty rep. **** time receiving promises from trinity employees who didn't complete jobs, and because "that employee no longer works with trinity" we had to suffer from their turn over rate by not upholding employee promises. We've had warranty items submitted since move in, and items to be completed/repair since before moving in. It has been a year and a half and we are still fighting with trinity to have items completed. The company's follow up and follow through is terrible, however, they are extremely quick to respond with a "no", aside from that you won't hear from them for weeks. When you finally get your repair completed, their contractors create more damage.. i.e. electrician came to repair an outlet in our fireplace stone creating cracks in it. floor repairs (might i add still incomplete) have left us with incomplete baseboards for over 7 months! Our home is extremely inefficient, they said they would send someone out to check attic insulation causing cold/hot air leaks (after a trinity employee already told us they'd get this fixed because they did see the problem) later email "after assessment no work is needed" how can you assess something you haven't not even put your eyes on. These drafts throughout the house are so bad it will blow out the flame of a lighter if you hold it next to an outlet. We had leaking windows/doors for 9 months causing mildew and mold growth. These are only a few examples, I could go on, but this review is long enough..If you really want to know more, please come knock on anyone's door that lives in any of their communities.

REVIEW UPDATE 5/6/2024: It makes me so sad to update my review. We do not recommend buying a Trinity Classic Home. We are now a year and half into our home and Trinity is not following through on our warrenty items. We even have items that have been on the list since before we moved in. We have communicated clearly with them and have been more than patient. For anyone who is thinking about buying a Trinity home, please reach out so my husband and I can share about our poor experience! List of items:- several leaky windows in our new home - insufficient insulation in our attic causing cooling/heating issues - floor separation - cracked fireplace (caused by their worker)- and more

Read this if youre considering using this company PLEASE. In Sept 2021 my husband and I put an offer 2 lots from this company, they accepted. For different reasons not concerning trinity we didnt have a closing date until Dec 2021. In October my husband and I went to this land to meet our neighbors who were asking us about their driveway that was partially placed on the property we were purchasing. Upon our arrival to see this, they also told us that their propane tank was placed on our property too. BOTH the driveway AND the propane tank locations were not disclosed to us from Trinity. The neighbor told us our lots were bought by trinity trying to cover up their mistake of driveway placement and propane tank placement. We brought this up to our realtor who then brought it up to trinity and all trinity did was threaten to pull our contract and say they have a back up offer that they would rather take. It took weeks of going back and forth with **** and ******** to finally get the propane tank moved off of the property. The propane tank was only moved because the neighbor threatened legal action on them. **** said to us many times I have tried to do the right thing this whole time WRONG he could have admitted to the mistake when it was noticed and worked with us, instead he was difficult and spoke over us when we did talk and difficult to get ahold of. Clearly I cannot recommend this company. We were only buying lots from them - I cannot imagine dealing with them to build an entire home. Disaster!
