I completed a car wax survey with QuestionPro and was supposed to receive a $50 gift card which I never did.I have sent the company several emails to different employees and have utilized their chat system, but no one has responded.Business response

This complaint is not about QuestionPro but a company that uses QuestionPro Survey Software. We are simple a software provider. There is no way of us knowing which company did not fulfill the gift card or verify which research study or survey it was.
QuestionPro is a survey software provider and does not track it's customers survey respondents for privacy reasons.

Hello **************** has not paid my incentive even after more than 100 emails. They even don't respond to my emails after repeated follow-**** I redeemed my reward points for PayPal cash and they didn't pay my money.This seems to be a high-level fraudulent activity by this scam company.They even challenged me that no one can do anything to them. It is their wish whether they want to pay or not.I want my hard-earned money at any cost. Please ask them to send my incentive immediately. Additionally, after thorough investigation, we have found no record of your email within the QuestionPro administrative system or our marketing platform. While we empathize with your situation, it's crucial to clarify that we do not have visibility into individual survey transactions or participant interactions. These are safely protected within our customers accounts.
