Saw January 9th, All i received was a small paper receipt for payment of $96.63 , not an itemized statement. I have tried on 3 different times to get an itemized statement from them and they will not send one. I have been told it is the mail but never received it , they tell me they will return call and never do . i want an itemized statement for what i paid for and a copy of what was sent to my insuranceBusiness response

All of our claims must be submitted through a Clearing House called Waystar. Most doctors use Waystar. Last week Waystar had Computer problems in what they call SFTP settings.
*****, our billng manager, has been on the phone with Waystar all afternoon. The problem should be resolved today or tomorrow. When it is resolved then the patient can be mailed the invoice she has asked for.
This is a situation that is completely out of our local hands.
