Date of transaction:12/3/2023 Amount:$178.85 Description of purchase:Purchased two custom bibles.Description of issue:Was charged the 178.85$ amount and received a response indicating transaction was processed. Never received the purchased items and never received another email. Phone contact information is out of service. On Sept 26, 2023 I placed an online order for a personalized wedding Bible and crucifix. I paid $142.90. I initially received a confirmation email. I never received my items. When I went back to open the email it was blank. I attempted to email them and it was not a legitimate address and the phone number was disconnected. I discovered reviews on the BBB website with the same complaint.Initial Complaint

On 6/7/23 I ordered a personalized Bible for my daughters wedding. I requested delivery by July 1st. It is July 7th and have not received. Attempted contact by phone number listed. Not in service. Tried emailing no response. I get multiple emails about Catholicism now that I dont want. Unfortunately no Bible! Do NOT purchase anything from them!Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a Bible, but have not received the item. Attempts to contact the business via email were ignored. I attempted to call the contact number listed on the website, but the number is no longer in service. I am seeking to cancel the order, and obtain a refund. Order was placed on 01/29/2022. I placed an order with clearlycatholic.com on 11/20/2021. I received a receipt for my purchase via email. The email stated that I could check the status of my order by using the link given in the email. One week or so after I placed the order I used the link to check on my order status due to the fact that it was a Christmas present. Next to the word status there was nothing. I checked back at least 3 times a day for the next 3 days and there was still nothing next to the word status. I then decided to contact them and ask what the status of my order was. I contacted them once a day for the next 3 days and have yet to get a reply back. After not receiving a reply by using their contact us form I then called the phone number on their website and it says that this number is no longer in service. I have since purchased the product I order from them else where. I am now simply looking to receive my money back for my purchase.
