I signed a 12 month lease with Elk Ridge Management on April 4th and moved into the property using a code given to me for the pin pad on the front door. I have yet to receive a key for any door, the code for the back door, the code for a locked closet inside the residence and the owner has belonging inside the home they haven’t removed which are preventing us from utilizing the full property. I have called, texted, and emailed multiple times and have not received any response. I was also overcharged for May’s rent by $100 and have yet to receive a response for that either. All of these issues are very concerning but by far the most concerning is the fact that the owner still has not provided us with keys to the property whatsoever. Please help!Initial Complaint

I stayed at one of their properties Jan 1-6 2024. Upon arrival, we found the place unclean; hair all over the floor/carpet, dirty hand towels, hair in the beds. I reached out to let them know and they said they would get back to me. They never sent anyone and their solution was for me to clean it myself. I asked for them to refund the cleaning fee of $180 and was told they would make the adjustment upon check out. They did not. I reached out and followed up in email, through the VRBO website, and to VRBO directly. I also called them several times. Once, I got a live person who apologized and told me the credit of $180 would be processed that day. Nothing. The lie and are impossible to reach. I leave messages and they don't respond. I am asking them to honor their offer of refunding the cleaning fee. Frankly they should do more given the headache this has been. In addition, I do not think they should be allow to do business in UT without fair warning to consumers. Terrible experience, terrible service, and I think they are a scam.
