I spent almost a month trying to set up supervised visits through this agency. ***************** was completely unprofessional missed numerous calls had excuses every week why things werent moving forward and didnt even know I lived in the ************* my intake and talking about it for an hour. She made up stories about her telling people shes not taking new clients, which is a complete lie. I sent her a text my sons mothers attorney showing that theyre denying the visits. She told me that that doesnt mean theyre not gonna do the visits. I had to remind her about the *** numerous times and how they said they will not go through her. I can see now why people dont want to use this service. This person is very unprofessional and is not honest faithfully. I have all my text messages saved and the phone conversations weve had recorded. I went back and listened and at no point did she say that she was not taking new clients. I caught her in multiple lies and manipulation throughout the process. Im just grateful that I didnt have to have my son experience this.

However, given your review, youve waived confidentiality. ********** facilitates visits between two parties. We do not force visits. Much like ********* doesnt force you to eat their food. You have to order, pay, and eat the food on your own. You are the parent order to supervision for a lengthy history of violence. Intakes and screening takes time especially, if the other parent is afraid of you. Your spin on the situation provides insight for anyone who has taken the time to read your review. Hostility is never a way. Given your dissatisfaction, it makes perfect sense to refuse services to your family. Youll need to find another option for professional supervision. This agency is top tier. They are fair and balanced in all things. I am certain those who speak here are those who have likely found themselves in unfavorable situations due to their own actions, though are either unwilling or unable to admit as much.Terrafirma handled my case with the upmost professionalism and decorum. They handled false accusations directed at their supervisors with ***** and without missing a beat. I was certainly lectured on my own actions from time to time. Expect that they will guide you to the most peaceful resolution possible if that is where your intentions lay.33/3 starsReview from Neil G

In my experience, *** with Terra Firma is extremely unprofessional and unethical. She was appointed to supervise visits with my daughter and her mother. *** would frequently overstep in her role as a supervisor. *** was verbally aggressive toward my daughter and would even administer discipline to my daughter during their visits. My daughter came to fear *** and began to dread her visits with her mother because of ***'s behavior. *** would almost always show up late to the scheduled visits and/or arrive at the wrong location, which infringed on my daughter's visits with her mother. *** submitted documentation to the Court, in which she repeatedly misquoted involved parties and provided a slew of other inaccuracies and false claims that were unsupported. *** would take her role as supervisor and utilize it to pose questions regarding the former *** life of my ex-wife and I, during her intake process. From my experience, she does not have the best interest of children in mind, and cannot be trusted with them and seemed to push her own agenda. Do yourself a huge favor and keep your children away from her.Review from Michelle J

*** is late and unorganized with her scheduling. Every visit she arrived late for and has been over an hour late at times. She would change the location or time anywhere from hours prior to a visit to within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. She speaks inappropriately towards young children about ***, drug addictions and teenage pregnancies or will even go as far to give diagnostic titles to individuals within the parties attending or participating. *** crosses several lines the court orders and makes decisions over the head of the court itself. I have seen her delay court hearings and processes due to her actions and she contributed to a termination of a GAL for going against an order set by a judge. She lacks professionalism and created more problems for my kids. *** was such a disaster to the case that both parties involved agreed to remove her. My kids actually had therapy sessions on just getting over the problems of *** and what actions she took that caused harm during their time spent under her "care".Terra Firma Supervision, LLC Response

Just had my intake today. *** was very comforting to me as I am someone that does not have very much experience in setting up visitation for my child. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I look forward to her and her company supervising my child.Terra Firma Supervision, LLC Response
