My husband and I moved into Meadowbrook Condominums in Taylorsville UT in May 2023. We have had nothing but problems with Community Solutions and Sales, in particular a women named Emily D*******. CSS is who we pay our HOA fees to. We had to have our water shut off to fix a sewer main and were without water for 2 weeks, with no help or suggestions from CCS on what do during the repair. We had to stay in a hotel and of course were not reimbursed. We also pay a monthly HOA fee to have the dog poop issue taken care of. It's never been dealt with and is worse than when we moved in. There is a pool that we have never had access to, yet we pay monthly for it. I have contacted our management company who have tried to get CSS to take care of things, or in the least give us some answers. When Emily in particular replies, she is rude, curt and doesn't answer or address any of my concerns. I am pretty sure the HOA money isn't going where they say it is.

I am a home owner at **** * **** * Taylorsville UT. I pay $300 a month in HOA to. Community solutions and sales. When I first moved into the condo my HOA was about $275 a month nothing was getting fixed the hoa board was not being honest with where the money was going told us that the pool house was almost done and still not fixed not telling us where our money was going. I tried calling the office to get information and was hung up on and when I tried calling them back the just sent the call to voice mail the HOA Manger would not respond to my emails. This entire company just gives you an the run around and when you want something fixed they just hangup on you. Their reviews on Google are terrible please fix this issue

This complaint is separate from, but related to, another complaint that I recently filed. The complaint that I recently filed was against ******** **** * *********, while this complaint is against the company Community Solutions Property Management. We live in a community of townhomes with an HOA. Our HOA uses the community management company Community Solutions Property Management. When the HOA needed to find a snow removal provider, Community Solutions Property Management found ******** **** * ********* to provide those services. ******** **** * ********* did not send an invoice to Community Solutions Property Management for 6 months. I have already filed a complaint against that company. Meanwhile, during the entire winter season, the HOA management company did not follow-up with ******** **** * ********* about any billing issues. They did not ask for invoices to be sent. They did not raise any concerns about invoices that had not yet arrived. Therefore, Community Solutions Property Management was negligent in their duties as our property management company. When the community finally received invoices from the snow removal provider, the invoices were for an astronomical amount that was clearly dishonest. This could have been avoided if Community Solutions Property Management had properly followed-up with ******** **** * ********* to request invoices be sent earlier. If that had happened, the community would have been aware of how much Millburn was going to charge, and the community could have sought other alternatives. This complaint is about Community Solutions Property Management. They did not do their job and did not follow-up regularly with the snow removal provider for the community. They allowed invoices to be sent 6 months late. When residents of the community were made aware of this, the residents complained to Community Solutions Property Management. The company representative, named Amber, also deflected and ignored requests by residents.
