Very pleased that they listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They even help ease my mind for issues in the future should they arise. It was explained to me the issues I have now. The amount they pay for really helped me obtain the best I could get for my hearing situation. Now, can't wait to get my new hearing aids.TruHearing, Inc. Response

The entire process to have a hearing test and then a discussion about what would be my best option for hearing aids took only 45 minutes. I have been using hearing aids for 30 years and this was by far my best experience buying a new pair.TruHearing, Inc. Response

Great company, but to use my insurance was only allowed to choose from what insurance allowed. Hopefully the bi cross I have ordered will work, if not. I'll choose whatever the audiologist suggests.TruHearing, Inc. Response

The audiologist was friendly and patient and encouraging. She took all the time I needed for explanation and testing. I was concerned that I wouldnt understand or be able to follow instructions, but she was very helpful. I was also hesitant to spend money on something I was so unsure about, but she was careful to explain options.TruHearing, Inc. Response
