On 12/30/2023 at 10:59am pst the company called me. I answered and it was a fraudulent fake phone call. When I answered it was dead air on the other end no one was there to say hi or respond to my questions. This company has some type of robot making fake calls on their behalf.Initial Complaint

CONTRACT: Oct 8 - Dec 7. Contract ENDED EARLY. Supervisor communicated with me and Was told that I would be re-aligned..(along with some other colleagues as well) and that I’m done for the season. Four days later, I received a phone call from the HR DEPARTMENT(which I’m still waiting for call back in follow up) telling me and asking as to why I didn’t work the 4 days of AEP. That’s when I was confused, stunned and aggravated. Did they not communicate? Are they toying with our pay checks.? This company is very disorganized and very UNPROFESSIONAL. Me and colleagues would demand such compensation and deserve justice. Most of us I’m pretty sure worked here for money and since we got let go early, we most don’t have enough to pay bills. The company itself was very misleading about regards to contract and benefits. Please I would like to hear some updates as I am not the only one going through this seasonal contract.
