This business has advertised and marketed that it is having a "going out of business" , "store closing forever, etc" for many years. This is false advertising. They are acting as if they are going out of business and selling at closeout prices although they are not. They should not advertise that they are going out of business forever when they are not. They have advertised like this for many years and I feel it to be a false claim and false advertising. They should stop advertising in such a manner.Initial Complaint

They have been claiming going out of business, despite no intentions of going out of business. I called to inquire their closing date and there was no official date, I was told “when the owner decides he doesn’t want to pay the lease”. The marketing is deceptent and fraudulent. I purchased a table and chairs in Oct 2021. They informed me that it would be 2-3 weeks out but that they would hold it until my house was finished. I called in December and they had yet to order the table. I have called 8 times in the past 2 months and no one can give me any details of the order. I am told every time I will call you back in 15 minutes and I have yet to receive a call back. They have no answer to where my table is and they refuse to refund me.Business response

I researched the complaint and yes it has taken awhile to receive the merchandise. My apology for the unfortunate delays and feedback/updates issues. We received the merchandise early in March and customer received and signed for it on March 2, 2022. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Rod, assistant office manager.Customer response
