      The doors on this product have not shut since having the box, leaving a 1-2” gap. I followed the instructions to correct; however, Our floor is level. It’s on hardwood. Wheels are turned in. I recorded my ongoing issue and sent to the company via Facebook messanger and email. No reply! Nothing… For over a month. They need to replace my crown, doors, left table leg, paint to retouch, doors, and magnets, my product is under warranty for 24 months as stated. I would like a replacement. Thank you.

      I ordered the dream box in November of 2021 order number CR75221. I contacted the company and told them to only ship with the divi-drawers that I purchased. I received a phone call back saying they understood not to ship without the divi-drawers and the dreambox would NOT ship with out the drawers.The dream box arrived we opened the box a note inside said the divi-drawers had not shipped with my dream box. I contacted the company and inquired why they shipped without drawers they apologized said I would receive my divi-drawers in early January, as of February 17,2022 I still have not received my divi-drawers. The dream box is a craft box where you store all your craft supplies inside. I am unable to store any of my supplies with out the drawers. The dream box actually arrived in December is very heavy I had to pay someone to take the items upstairs and has been sitting on my floor taking up unnecessary space in my home for 3 months. I have sent text, called and emailed on numerous occasions.called in December, January and several times in February, text in December, January and February. emailed in December, January, and February I threatened to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and haven't heard anything from this company. The last response said, "this matter has been resolved. I paid $2447.45. This company has had my money for three months and has not done enough to resolve this matter. I am still making contact and not being contacted back while keeping thousands of dollars for months on end. This company offers a Money back guarantee I have requested my money back and still have not received a resolution. This is unacceptable.*************************

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company made no mention of sending me my money back and wants me to wait an additional 5 weeks for my product.  Ive sent the following email response to Create Room:

       

      Good afternoon ********,


      Thank you for your response. As you are aware I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  Your solution is not acceptable because I dont feel your company is doing enough.  Youre asking me to wait another 5 weeks for my drawers while you keep my full payment.  I feel that is unacceptable and at the least Create Room should refund a substantial amount of my money back to me for my inconvenience.  Ive sent several photos of your packaged unopened items which shows the broken piece from unopened Bundle 8 which will need to be replaced and shipped immediately if the company agrees to refund a substantial portion of my money and ship my DiviDrawers within five weeks as you stated in the previous email.  I would like to say that an additional five weeks is a lot to ask, but I will wait for your timely response.

      I purchased a cubby as a gift for my daughter July 25, 2021 with a delivery date between October 5 through 26, 2021. I have made multiple calls to follow up on the status of the order, each time being told that there were delays due to one thing or another. I called on December 7th and spoke with Linda. Was told that the cubby would be shipped between December 20-January 4. I called on January 20 and spoke with Linda again. Was told that the problem was the totes and that if I wanted to change to clear totes, those cubbies were shipping immediately. I changed the order to include the clear totes and was told it would be delivered by February 3rd. Called today and spoke with Shay who said that she had no idea when it would actually be shipped as now there were at least 40 orders ahead of mine. Her "best estimate" was that it "should" ship sometime in February. This is complete and total dishonesty on the part of the company to continually promise a product shipment that never happens.

      On June 25th of this year, almost 5 months ago, I made an order to Create Room for a Cubby priced at $296.65 (Order # *******). I have yet to receive this item, and yet I am being required to make payments to the Bread Loan company, who financed and paid Create Room up front for an item I have never received. In fact, Create Room’s Customer Service has been so uncaring and dismissive, I will never be doing business with them again. I actually would like to cancel the order with them and I would also like to have the money I have already paid Bread towards this loan (Loan # **********). I also cannot understand why they continue to send me daily emails asking me to buy products from them when they cannot even get the product I have ordered from them. Why do they continue to offer this particular product on their website, on Face Book, etc.? What kind of business ethic is this? Sincerely, *** *******

      Better Business Bureau:

      Please note, no one from Create called me in January, as mentioned in their response.  The did send an email in late November, telling me they canceled my order, then Bread (their finance company) refunded my money thereafter.  They made no phone calls to me until earlier this month (February), complaining that they were receiving notices from an attorney, which indicates they had never responded to the BBB nor to the ****** ************************* in timely manners, per their requirements.  Also note, that even though I consider this resolved, the manner in which they have handled this still leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I have advised several others who have asked me if I would do business with them again.  I will not.  What kind of company demands payment for an item that has not been sent, then continues to advertise this item for sale??


      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
