PEST CONTROL SERVICES HAVE BEEN PAID FOR, PROMISED, BUT NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED ON AS NUMBER OF OCCASIONS LEADING TO A HUGE AMOUNT OF PAIN AND SUFFEREING FOR OUR BUSINESS.. WE HAVE CALLED, EMAILED, TEXT, PLEADED, THREATENED AND BEGGED WITHOUT RESPONSE AND WITHOUT RESOLUTION

***** indicated he had an employee that was not performing services like he should have been. This issue has since been resolved with the customer.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.this business has subsequent to my complaint, fulled ALL of their obligations to us and we are continuing to use them as service providers.
