On May 10th, I purchased my vehicle from Abood at Jet Car Automotive. Abood assured me throughout the process that any issues I ran into would be covered by my extended warranty. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the car began having problems. I contacted the Abood and was instructed to use my extended warranty to have the issue solved. After this exchange Abood began dodging my calls. I took my vehicle to a licensed mechanic whom notified me of the issues with the vehicle, and that I'd be waiting roughly four weeks before my vehicle could be repaired. I tried, fruitlessly to contact Abood again regarding a loaner vehicle to use while I waited for the one that he had sold me to be fixed. After receiving no reply, I visited Jet Car Automotive and spoke to Abood regarding my concerns in person. Abood raised his voice at me and asked me to leave in an aggressive tone, after promising to contribute monetary help toward my repairs. After this took place, I received a letter from the extended warranty company stating the dealership had voided my extended warranty due to one having never been sold. Abood lied to me about the extended warranty, opting instead to charge me an extra $1000 on the sticker price of my vehicle. Though he handed me warranty contract paperwork (provided) with a policy number (which was in effect at the time), he later cancelled the policy. Abood has since made no attempt to contact me or correct his dishonest business practices. The dealership's website is down and the location has since vacated. This business is more akin to a scam, operated by a deceptive fraud.Initial Complaint

I was interested in buying a vehicle from Jet Car Automotive, I reached out and scheduled a time to come and test drive a 2016 ****** WRX. Upon arrival (01/25/2023) to test drive the vehicle he took the vehicle to fill it with gas and then he disappeared, he then came back approx. 30 mins later and claimed the vehicle couldn't stay running and he was going to take it to the mechanic to have it looked at. Later he called me back and said the issue had been fixed and I could come test drive it. I ended up test driving it and having my mechanic look at it, it all came back good. I ended up purchasing the vehicle (01/28/2023) and on the 6th day of owning it (02/01/2023), It broke down again. I reached out to the dealership and mechanic and they had me take it in to get it looked at. The mechanic replaced the intake VVT solenoid, cleaned out the mass air flow sensor. The car was running fine after I got it back (02/11/2023). On 02/25/23 the vehicle had the same problem, we then replaced the spark plugs and a coil pack in cylinder 4. On 02/28/23 the vehicles check engine light came back on and has continued to have the same problem.Business response

Thank you for your business ******* and for your feedback. We have taken the vehicle back to the shop twice and got it fixed for you out at our expense and you also have 2 warranties, the first one we included it in the sale for free and that comes on all of our vehicles and the second one you purchased from your bank when you purchased the car. The other thing we noticed is that you killed the vehicle power multiple times trying to get it out of our lot because you were not trained good enough to drive a manual transmission car like you mentioned to us. At this point we have used up all of our efforts to make this right for you. We apologize for any unintentional inconveniences that we may have caused you.
