I recently had a lot of work done by M & M Restoration. They repaired my garage floor, garage entrance pad, concrete skirt around my house, curbing, and sealed my pavers. What a fantastic job! The garage pad and skirt were so bad that they almost needed to be replaced. However **** and ***** (owners) repaired it and made our home look fantastic. This has certainly increased the value of our home. At least that's what the neighbors say.**** and ***** seem to be perfectionists. They will not walk away until the job meets their high standards. The urethane coating is very high quality, and certainly is much better than the old epoxy coat that came up in our garage. I would highly recommend their services.Review from Shelby S

This team took care of our driveway, patio and entry way and the workmanship and end result is beautiful. The patio is still a work in progress from no fault of theirs and they are staying with it to make it right. We have already received many compliments, on the driveway in particular. The team members are hardworking and take care and pride in their work.We are very happy to have had this team doing this job for us. We have had a lot of improvements done since we moved in and this has been a beautiful finishing touch.Review from Jeanne C

Do not sign a contract with this man or use his services! He will require fifty percent of the quoted estimate he gives. The service he proposes to provide is to apply a covering to sidewalks and driveways of residences. We had the misfortune of requesting a bid from ********************* of M&M Restoration in October of 2021. The contract that ****** wrote up was for work to begin in the spring of 2022. He mistakenly wrote in the contract that work would commence in the spring of 2021. The spring of 2022 came and went. *************** was contacted about when he would start our work and we began the process of empty promises from ****************. Frequently citing the snow in ********** as preventing him from completing the work...time went on.Fast forward to July 2023...yes, 2023 (!) with still no work completed, we requested that **************** return our funds, as we were tired of waiting and not confident that he would complete a satisfactory job.In August of 2023, **************** mailed us a check for 75% of the deposit amount. He stated that as per the contract, the other 25% belonged to him. I stated to him that he was not *********** any monies because of the ridiculous amount of time that had passed. What is to prevent **************** from entering into contracts that he has no intention of completing...and then pocketing the 25% ?!******************** disgruntled customers are what will prevent him from doing this to future customers that he really doesn't want to work for.It should be noted that our 75 % refund check written by **************** to us, bounced and he grew quite outraged when we phoned him about it. He did get us the funds days later. It should also be noted that **************** despises those that are from **********, as is our case. Do yourself a favor and protect yourself by not dealing with this man.M & M Restoration, LLC Response

In or about October 2021, we entered into a written contract with the Colemans to install an outdoor concrete coating on their property. As part of the contract, and pursuant to industry standards, we required that the Colemans pay 50% of the agreed amount up-front as a deposit, with the remaining 50% to be due upon completion of the work. Under the terms of the contract, the Colemans also agreed that [t]here [would] be . . . a 25% charge for any canceled contract[,] that would be deducted from the deposit.Because of unfavorable weather conditions (completely outside of our control), we were unable to begin work as projected under the contract. However, in an effort to mitigate the weather-related delays, we contacted the Colemans and offered them a significant discount to perform the work at a later date, which the Colemans accepted. Thereafter, the ******* contacted us and canceled the contract, asserting that there was a death in their family and that they needed their deposit back to pay for funeral expenses. In response, we promptly issued the Colmans a check refunding their deposit, minus the agreed-to 25% charge for canceling the contract. We had every intention of completing our obligations under the contract, which fact can be attested to by hundreds of our satisfied customers. The only reason we did not complete the work in this particular instance, was because the ******** needed the money for other obligations and canceled the contract. Also, it should be noted that the Colemans refund check did not bounce, and **************** does not despise those who are from ***********We stand by our work and product and do everything possible to produce a stellar product for our customers, despite factors beyond our control.Review from Randy L

**********, **** 6/22/23 -Signed a contract with the owner of M&M Restoration LLC located in ***********, ****, to repair & restore our driveway, front walkway, & back patio. Owner required 50% deposit of $4,250.00 up front.7/26/23 - Texted the owner and then called regarding a possible start time frame. Told possibly September. 10/6/23 - Called again regarding a start time frame. Owner advised other clients agreed to delay their cement restoration until Spring ****. This was unacceptable to us. We requested that he show up and do the work he contracted to do.We contacted as many people as possible in ********** regarding this company. The verbal reviews were not favorable as far as getting their work started in a timely manner and completed in a timely manner. Apparently once the restoration work was completed the work was good.10/23/23 - Now 4 months since we gave him the 50% deposit of $4,250.00. Sent a certified letter to owner and requested that he do the work he contracted to do. We wanted the work done before winter. 11/14/23 - Texted again asking that the work be done. Owner called us and guaranteed a full refund, basically because he did not want to deal with us calling & texting all winter long. We did receive the full refund, via a cashiers check, (thankful for that). All communication with the owner was documented. The owner also stated he did not want us to slander him, and he would not slander us. We thought slander us for what?? All we wanted was to have the restoration work done in a reasonable time frame. This is not a slanderous review but a stating of the facts that were documented via texts and phone calls. In our opinion this company should do the right thing and complete a job in a timely manner. Advise customers up front (if that is the case) that there is a 612-month backlog in front of them. Contract should have a start/finish date & deposit of 50% should not be required until company begins the work agreed upon. ****** LEARNED!M & M Restoration, LLC Response

M & M Restoration LLC canceled this contract and returned 100% of their money. Because they insisted on be jumped ahead of other customers that were signed up ahead of them. When the job was bid, they were informed we were 3-4 months out.30 days after the contract was signed the clients started demanding we start their job, With them not be understanding about the wait period we refunded their Deposit without taking out any fees. Thank youReview from Steve B

We hired **** a few years back to address our concrete spaling issues all around our home. He and ***** showed up and they worked hard to complete the job. Our family and neighbors commented on how nice our drive and walkway looked and we're still very happy with our decision and their product and service. It was a good investment in our home.
