Purchased vehicle being told there was nothing wrong with it and I would receive a 30 day engine and transmission warranty. On my way home from buying it my engine light came on for (cylinder 3 misfire). I have contacted Jacob Nicholas Kim with no response each time.Business response

All sales are final no warranties are promised and no cars are guaranteed she signed a buyers guide stating that the car is sold as is I never promised any warranties. Buying used vehicles there is always a risk I gave them the opportunity to test drive it as they did I gave them an opportunity to look at it with no rush they came and saw two separate times and they made the decision to buy it. I made it very clear that all sales are final and there are no warranties.
