Hello, I paid Rockn-It Masonry $4,205 to repoint my chimney that was leaking. The completed the job, I paid them the day they completed the work. Several months later it was clear the chimney was still leaking. I paid a roofing company to perform a water test ($250) and they determined that the leak was coming nail holes left behind from Rockn-It Masonry and their scaffolding. They also determined that they did not install a new chimney topper which I paid for ($300). This resulted in me paying a handyman to patch the interior walls ($200). I spoke with Bruce in February of this year about all these issues and he said he would refund the $300 for the topper and cover the water test and handyman repairs. I have text messages from him staying he will mail a check. I have messaged him multiple times since and he has yet to pay the $750. He is taking advantage of consumers, promising services and not delivering.
