Since the Change Healthcare outage we've awaited instructions from Theranest and Apex for re-enrollments. I filled out the requested form on May 4 and went for over a month with no response. I followed up with a Theranest contact in customer support, Nathan, and he asked me to fill it out again and then reached out to Apex for them to contact me that same day. I initially was in contact with Nytaya S*****, but she stopped responding after her first contact. The form I filled out for enrollments on May 2nd, the responder was Kayla K******. Kayle responded per Nathan's pushing and honestly gave some somewhat confusing and inaccurate information. I asked for clarification and never received it. Nytaya then responded again soon after and was unaware of Kayla's communications and asked me yet again to fill out ANOTHER enrollment form. I did not, but I believe she resolved some of the enrollment issues that Kayla dropped the ball on, but then for two payers, UMR and United, neither have felt the need to respond for a month now regarding a question asked and status update. This one can take up to 45 business days from what one document said, which is what it is, but I don't even know that the paperwork has been sent in and anything is happening. I asked for another update earlier this week, finally threating a BBB complaint, and no response. We can't keep having to file BBB complaints to Theranest and its vendors they keep buying up, Apex in this case, to get things done. Things need to change. I understand it's a busy time and lots of people are needing assistance, but we're going on over 2 months now where when you started to assisted, both agents just ghosted us. I am a consumer of Apex services - first via My Clients Plus and now via Theranest. I have been promised multiple times by My Client Plus, Theranest, Apex and Therapy Brands personnel that I will get a follow up call from Apex to give me full access to the services which are supposedly available to me. I have tried to purchase those services separately from Theranest or My Clients plus and have been denied that purchase because they are supposedly available already. No one has EVER followed up or fulfilled the promised made to me.
