I placed an order on May 8th 2022. Order number **** totaling $87.67. I didn't order was called snap on car lashes starter set sparkle teal. It was delivered by UPS on May 24th, 2022. I'll order was placed. When the order was placed I was asked year make model of vehicle. Upon trying to install the lashes discovered that these were made incorrectly. Send email to support at carlashes.com with pictures to show made in correctly. I received an email reply from Emma and was told she would forward to own her on June 1st, 2022. I received another email on June 4th saying Robert owner was bringing remake lashes on that money and then that they would be a turnaround the same day that Emma was from Emma. Also. On June 9th 2022 I sent another email saying I got their last email and asked if the reorder was shipped. I got another automatic replies on June 9th saying we are e-commerce business and do not hold regular office hours. We will get back to you as soon as we return to the office. I received reply from email on June 10th from Emma at 10:40 a.m. saying fantastic news! I packed up your car your lashes yesterday in a box and they will be picked up and our next UPS run of the morning. I sent an another email on June 14th asking for the tracking number only received an automatic reply back again since another email on June 20th 23rd saying hello. I need your help please. Finally received an email on June 24th that said hi Suzanne. I am really trying to get to the bottom of your orders. I only had one order. First of all. Looks like we have mailed you out the wrong lashes yet again on May 21st. Not sure where that date came from. I have since I have a signed photo and Reina here. Remember sending it out. It's yet another wrong order. Did you get these? I replied back on the same day June 24th saying I only received the original wrong lashes. Nothing else. I also said I would send originals back after I received the corrected direction lashes. BBB please help me
