I ordered a sample, they sent 3 bottles, followed by a shipment of 5 bottles and the latest 5 more bottles charging me $276.30 Canadian on Sept. 26, 2023. On my MasterCard statement the payment was made to “stars- supplements.com *************** $199.75US. The product name is Skincell Advanced Tincture. It was shipped from “Shipping Department ** *** ****. Chandler Heights AZ 85127 USA. The product does not work, I did not make any orders beyond the initial samples. I have not been successful in contacting the company directly. I want total refund if possible or at least the last charge. And my credit card number erased from their records. I purchased 1x bottle if this product & received 5. The product is worthless & I was charged AUD $ 346! I seek a refund & also they have sent me more of this rubbish! They are charging this from my credit card. I shall report to Australian authorities but you, in USA, should monitor & close this fraudulent company down. It’s a disgrace.Initial Complaint

To Whom It May Concern I purchased 3 bottles only of your Skincell Adv mole and skin tag corrector. It was on Special at the time. I have now received another 3 bottles which I did NOT order and you have charged me for them. This is unacceptable and I want an immediate refund for $164.84US dollars. This is a lot of money that I CANNOT afford. I am a pensioner and if you do not refund the money I will have no option but taken the matter to a higher authority. Please note that one of the bottles was not properly sealed which I showed to my local doctor and chemist. You have all the paperwork necessary to address this refund. Money was taken out of my account on 3/03/2023. It is disgusting and offensive to take advantage of others that cannot afford it. And especially so, as your product was inferior - it was not sealed sufficiently. Please advise of address so I can return the 3 bottles COD. Your immediate attention is requested.Initial Complaint

I paid $199 for five bottles of skin cell product which does not work at all first of all. Secondly, I have been charged every month $199 for the last several months and I’ve tried to contact people there’s no one to call there’s no way to contact anybody and to stop this I have a question can I get that money back somehow please help me.Initial Complaint

Hi, To whom it may concern. Please see in attachments proof of purches 5 first bottles and new unpacked parcel. On Nov. 2022 I did order 5 bottles of Genbrain and receive it. Right away I email to you, that I don' t accept any future shipment without my permission. On February 2023 I received another parcel with 5 bottles. Please help me to figure out how to return this parcel back to you. I don't need your products anymore. I didn't give you permission to ship another 5 bottles of Genbrain and I will not pay for these new 5 bottles and shipment for return I even not unpacked the parcel. Thank you in advance. I purchased skincell from Platinum Herbal Wellness in good faith. 1. I thought I was under the impression (from the ad) that it was an Australian product. 2 I also thought I was paying for three bottles at $39. 3 when I finally received my receipt it was for $202. 4 when I got my credit card statement I was charged over $300 American. I am on a pension so I don’t have money to throw around . It was false advertising, from the price to the fact that the product is completely useless. I just received a jar of Skincell (Pro) Intensive Healing Cream from Warehouse Fulfillment at *** * *** * *** ***** Pleasant Grove n, UT 84062. I did NOT order and can not reach customer service. The package was damaged and the jar seals are broken. I DID NOT ORDER this product.
