Engager was recommended by another predatory company to use to build a business website. We were showed someone's website as an example of the "professional website we could have". We later found out the website shown to us did NOT even use Engager.ai's services. Engager charges a ridiculous $6k to build a website and tells you that you need a robust *** system that no beginner needs, and they do not provide any upfront training on how to use it. They also hid the fact that after they build your website, you do not own it, and if you are not paying them monthly for the *** system, they take your website from you.Business response

1. Clarification on Services and Recommendations:We regret if there was any confusion regarding the presentation of our services. The example was intended to showcase the benefits and capabilities of having a full-functioning website with features that our services can provide. We do our best to ensure that all our examples are clear representations of what we can offer.
2. Pricing and Service Details:Our pricing reflects the comprehensive services we provide, including but not limited to website development, website content, logos, business card designs, social media cover designs, automations templates, funnel templates, instant credibility, ongoing support & training, hosting and social media posts. We understand that $6,000 is a significant investment, and we strive to ensure that the value delivered aligns with the cost, providing you with a robust and effective online presence.
3. *** System Necessity:Our recommendation of a *** system is based on our belief in having all the tools in one system to effectively manage customer relationships and business operations. However, we recognize that not all clients may require such a robust system, especially in the initial stages of their business. We want to emphasize that the *** tool can be used as simply as hosting your website, and the additional tools can be used as needed, giving you the flexibility to adapt to your business needs.
4. Training and Support:We are committed to providing adequate training and support for all the tools and systems we implement. Inside the *** tool, there is a dedicated space labeled training, which covers two main aspects: *** Training and Marketing Training. Here, you will find a comprehensive video library on how to use the *** tool and specific use cases in tandem with marketing. In addition, we offer 24/7 chat support, where you can receive additional help via text chat or video call for more complex issues.
5. Website Ownership and Terms:We understand your concern regarding website ownership. Our standard practice is to maintain the hosting for the website, which is included in the *** system, as part of our ongoing service. This allows us to provide continuous support. Due to the large variety of website builders, we cannot transfer the website design due to software incompatibilities. Our purchase agreement and brochures show that you will receive six months free for the *** tool, after which there will be a monthly cost to have continued access.
