      I purchased 2 holsters 12/30/23 and received an email stating my order would be shipped within a week. When I tried emailing them the email address doesn't exist and their phone numbers are all disconnected. I feel like I've been scammed.

      I was trying to get in contact with the business to either get a refund or have the right holster shipped to me. The holster is a right-handed holster and I am left-handed. When I ordered the holster I sent them an email stating that I had ordered the holster by mistake. I thought that the company was one that I had ordered from at a previous time and asked them to cancel the order. I did not hear back from them and yesterday 12/11/2023 I received the holster in the mail. The holster has not been opened from the shipping plastic that surrounds it, but it has been taken out of the shipping plastic from the fulfillment center. I was going to either send it back for a refund or trade it for a left-handed one. however, I have yet to be able to contact them with my issue. The package clearly states that all returns or replacements must be called in or dealt with within 48 hours. That is what is my main concern with my order. Can you please respond to my complaint? I have since ordered the holster from the business I normally would have done my shopping with. My holster is in the mail at this time. Thank you **** *******

      I love Brave Reaponse holsters. I've worn this product exclusively for over 5 years. I simply purchase a new holster when my old one gets worn out. For Christmas 2022, my mother in law bought me my new holster. She ordered it in October 2022, and it finally arrived in February 2023. I wore the holster for 3 days and the velcro started coming apart. After several attempts to reach them, they finally stated to send the holster back and they would send me a replacement. I sent the holster to Brave Response at the beginning of March 2023, and have been trying since then to get in touch with them. It is now nearly May 2023, and I have not been able to get a hold of anybody in the company. I have called, left messages, emailed, texted, and sent messages through their website. ZERO response. I need an update on when I will receive my replacement. Terrible customer service. I have literally tried every way possible to contact them, nearly every day for the last month.

      Ordered the Brave Response conceal carry holster on 8 Jul 2022. Immediately was charged $75.00 on my credit card. Received a confirmation e-mail stating product was ordered. A few days later received another e-mail saying order delayed for one week. I sent an e-mail to the company requesting status or refund for the product and no response. After researching several social media sites, it appears this company is either negligent or fails to provide the product but retains the money. I filed a dispute with my credit card company on 26 Jul 2022 to receive a refund.

      I ordered the Brave Response holster online. They took my order and double charged my bank account, (one charge for $70.00 and one charge for $60.00,). I have contacted Brave Response several times via email. I never received a confirmation or response on double billing or on my order.

      I purchased the Brave Response Holster in the amount of $70 back in October. I never received it until a few days ago. I want to return it because it is just not comfortable to me. After several attempts of calling & emails to no avail I've still not heard from anyone. I tried to send a text message today & it said it's not a valid number. But that's the only number they provide. I need an address, so I know where to send it back to. Also I wanted to know if I needed a return authorization number. I'd appreciate any & all help you can provide. a fter several attempts to contact the company, no one has reached out to me. The phone number they use in their ads is not a valid number. Also sent an email, but still no response. I just want my money back & an address to send it back to.

      Seen and watched an advertisement of a gun holster sold by the company Brave Response Shooting LLC. On 12/3/21 I went on the company website and ordered one of their holsters for the price of $70...as of today 1/6/22 I still have not received the purchased item. I called the number on their page and got their distributor (Patriot Wholesale), they took down my info and concern and said they will forward it on to Brave Response and I should hear something from them, they also gave me another number to call which I did several times leaving voice and text messages.

      All in supporting files. They sold me two holsters in october and said they would be here by christmas. They were not. Then they offered me two gun cleaning kits for my trouble. Never got those either. I sent them an email Christmas night asking again for a refund. They never responded.
