This institution subscribed to our software solution and attempted a few times to manipulate the contract to suit their needs, including sending notices for early termination. Upon the expiration of their annual subscription, we decided not to renew the contract, in order to avoid future damages to our Company and our partners. We gave the curtesy of a 90-day notice to give them sufficient time to transition away from our platform. Since then, the main representative of this institution engaged in defamatory practices to publicly accuse us of fraud on different websites and on social media. Additionally, instead of reaching out through the proper channels for issue resolution and questions, as instructed, the main representative of this institution attempted to reach out directly to our staff and investors on social media and email with derogatory remarks and demands. Since then, it has been a very difficult situation for our leadership and staff who had to read, escalate, and resolve the repeated undeserved defamatory and derogatory comments about our Company, product, and people.Park City Culinary Institute, LLC Response

I paid to go to the school during the pandemic and did not receive a ****** nor a hat nor my pants Ive been calling ever since this was in 2020 no one is willing to give me the uniform that I am do which is a ****** my pants and a hat. Im due that at least for all the shenanigans I had to put up with after paying for going here. Chef Sterling and Chef **** were amazing but all of that takes away when youll give me a degree you will say I passed the class I get a knife set however I do not get my uniform. Is it a racial thing is it because Im black that Im denied these things even after paying?Park City Culinary Institute, LLC Response

RaShandra please update your review. You did get everything. You studied remotely so you just had to come and pick it up. Nothing bad happened.
