08/22/2024 I emailed the business owner Jpoulson canceling my service. I have since forwarded the email to the admin and sent text message and left a voicemail asking for confirmation they received notice. The have not replied, I need confirmation my service has been canceled, it is still listed on the service calendar.Initial Complaint

06/25/2024- I paid 553.40 to Capital Cleaning SLC for a deep clean for a move in/move out with an agreement over text for cleaning behind a refrigerator, I have photos and videos documenting a deep clean was not successfully done. I asked for a refund and the company had denied a refund. Services were not done as planned. They offered a free cleaning but I do not feel comfortable letting them back into my home and this does not address the fact the services were not rendered at the agreed day/time as my move was time sensitive. We agreed on cleaning inside the refrigerator and inside oven cleaning but then decided not to go through with it. I have also not gotten a refund for these services. I feel as though they are possibly doing this to other clients. I would like an explanation of what they did. Very simple things such as dirty floor and baseboards was documented and I would expect these to be cleaned with even a basic cleaning.
