i keep getting calls from this company stating i ordered some beard stuff, i did not. a few years back a fraudulent charge appeared in my bank statement, i reported it to the bank. here we are a few years later and im getting these harrassing threatening calls even after i explained to them its not mine ive handled it with my bank at which point they threaten to keep sending products to the address they have which i havnt had in at least 5 years. i changed post office boxes a couple years before they say the order was even made.Initial Complaint

I am filing on behalf of my mom with Alzheimer’s. This company claims she ordered a trial 17 months ago, February 2021, and didn’t cancel. They claim she owes $268.56 and won’t let me cancel the subscription unless paid in full. Also are sending the product again in 4 days and will be charged again. We finally agreed to settle on $119.85 on 7/26 but when I called the number today, 7/27 the customer service went back to the $268.56. The lady, Alexa G***** that calls many times daily called my phone and said the amount is now $169.42. After numerous attempts to talk to a supervisor she finally gave the phone to Alex M****** which changed it back to $119.85. I gave him my card number and instantly my bank textrd me that it was a suspicious account and it got declined while he was still on the phone. He was not happy that I wouldn’t approve the charge which was for $39.95 and I told him I didn’t trust his company and I would call my bank. They said they were sending the product again I would keep getting charged and couldn’t cancel and would get turned over to collections. My bank advised me to cancel my card so I did. The bank said the name trying to charge my account was excellent866 and gave me the number they had given the bank which was not the correct number. They continue to call and request money and I don’t trust them at all to give my bank info to. Since my mom has memory loss I am not sure if she ordered it or not. Please help us settle this matter.Customer response

I do not have a receipt or email but am sending the customer service number and address they
gave me over the phone. Keto Company *** ***** ***** **** Saint George Utah. ####-###-####. The 2 names I got are Alexa G***** and Alex M******.The # my chase bank gave me for the Excellent866 acct that tried to access my bank and was flagged as possible fraud was ####-###-####. I am also attaching a screenshot of the message I received from my bank when I was trying to close the acct and make the payment. They got upset when I would t authorize the payment until I called my bank. The numbers they call me from are always scam likely and local 619 numbers for me.
