My daughter was at IFA purchasing supplies and noticed one of the baby turkeys (in a pen of 3 total) was being pecked to death by the other two much larger turkeys. She had some wounds on her bottom where the others had pecked her skin raw, and that was they were attacking her.My daughter called me to help, so I called the store (10 minutes before closing) and spoke to *****. I told ***** what was happening and asked him if I could pay for the baby turkey and have him move her into a pen by herself, so she would be safe until morning. I told him I am an hour away, but could have someone come pick the chick up in the morning.He said he would check, put me on hold and never picked back up. I held for 39 minutes before realizing he was not coming back and not helping the chick.I called today to complain to a manager, and Sky answered, and put me on an eternal hold as well. I have now been holding for 19 minutes.Seems this store is a circus run poor excuse for professionalism and does not care about their customers of live inventory! I would NOT recommend this location for anything!

I had purchased a bag of #2 grass fertilizer seed 40# weed & feed 24 for $59.99 per the receipt, this last busy Saturday and didn't know that my husband had already purchased another. I went to return it today as they are across town, and they that told me I had returned the wrong item. I had the same item and receipt they sold me and turns out they charged me for the larger bag and gave me the fertilizer 20# for $29.99. Unfortunately I had no knowledge of this didn't check as they said they got it all when checking out. I've never had issues before, ever. The store clerk said that they get liars in all the time about these issues and refused to credit me the correct price they charged me at all. When asked to clarify she said it's my fault and I loose out as Im a liar and out to get money from the store only like all the others that come to the store. I was mad but only received credit for the small bag due to not knowing what to do. I am an honest person and don't appreciate being treated like a criminal when they charged the wrong item in the first place. So I loose out on $30.00. It may not seem like much but it is when I'm treated like this and don't have $30.00 to just throw away like nothing. You can say I will go back to shopping only at the ****** store where they care about their customers. Don't recommend the Riverton store ever after this! Especially after being told that most their customers are liars and out to rip them off.
